But for more in-depth technology behind it or in extreme case with investment stuff, then you don't need to do that yet.

Yes, time will come that they will get curious to know with bitcoin, how it works, and other stuff like that. There is almost no way that they wouldn't hear or know about it because their generation is different in our timeline because bitcoin is not that known yet in our time, while in their timeline, cryptocurrency will be much more known and there's a high chance that it will be studied in schools.

In any possible way, it's also better if we start to introduce crypto and teach them slowly in their teenage years.

I'm not married yet, but when I'm married and have kids I'll teach him about bitcoin. But for a while I've been applying it to my family and friends about bitcoin that I know and they're very enthusiastic.

Play-to-Earn games would surely attract kids of all ages. They're quite familiar with video games, anyways. While the amount of Bitcoin earned won't be that much in Fiat terms, kids could accumulate rewards for future use. A penny here and a penny there will surely make a difference in the long term. If Bitcoin goes up in price as predicted, then many kids would be able to make a fortune by the time they reach adulthood.

I think it's much easier to teach a kid about Bitcoin, than an adult. They're quick learners, as their minds are open to everything. Who knows if those kids become the next generation of people who adopt digital currencies (either CBDCs or crypto) for mainstream payments? Just my thoughts Grin

This can also be a stimulus for parents because the child's desire is good enough and it's just a matter of directing it.

Yes. Even me, when I explain btc to adults I don't start in the earning part but I start by telling the bitcoin's history like what year it is created, who is its founder, etc. Kids are way too young to know if how to earn a btc so this isn't a priority but having them aware what is btc is already a big thing for them.

It's not bad to tell that btc can also be used in a way to earn a profit as soon as you already explain the main use of it that it is a currency or an alternative to fiat. Just give them a disclaimer that btc is highly volatile so that they won't be fully confident with it to put most of their money (if not all) if they decided to use it as an investment tool.

I have not been able to teach my child about bitcoin. because I myself am still in the learning stage. and my son is not old enough to understand things like bitcoin. but I've found some gaming apps that indirectly introduce bitcoin. We have seen many interesting children's games with bitcoin themed now. it is suitable for minors.
If my children understand enough maybe I will teach them. because it is very important today to teach our children about the latest technological developments. Bitcoin is one of the phenomenal technologies and inventions and deserves to be taught.

This is a very touchy subject. Bitcoin might be the mainstream technology now but you can’t tell for the next decade or next couple of decades. Parents have a very big role in shaping the character, mindset, and nature of children. I slowly teach my two children about bitcoin, so that they are enthusiastic about bitcoin, I often make funny stories about bitcoin.

I agree with your words because our next generation must know about bitcoin because bitcoin is a currency which is future currency so all new generation should know how bitcoin works. Bitcoin can improve the economic wheel of its country in the near future so we all should move towards Bitcoin a transaction that does not require any third party.

The earlier we let our children know about bitcoin, the best for us. Getting them exposed to bitcoin will go a long way to help build their future. Teaching my children will be my top priority when they come to the age to know what money is. By then, it will now be left to them to choose whether they will use bitcoin as their monetary source of income or not
