It will be allowed reimbursement for those who invest in Lisk?

Yes, if we don't raise the starting 2000 BTC valuation then all the LISK that we collect will also be refunded.
It is a risky market to be raising money into. 2000 BTC seems quite high in the current market conditions. Any plans to lower this amount or revisit the threshold in the future?

Depends.  The hardware aspect of our project is one of the major factors that we must be able to deal with so there must be a certain amount of funding required.

If anything, if the goal is not met, we may just launch and provide an OTC exchange for ARK with consistent price increases but to be honest, we haven't put a lot of thought into a contingency.

We really do believe we can raise the requirement so I guess we will cross that bridge when we get to it.

That sounds reasonable, but I ask because it might cause people to be a little hesitant to support the project, knowing the token sale might be canceled. For example, people do have to put in effort for bounties. They may hold off on doing so before they feel more certain the project can raise 2000 BTC. This will cause it to reach fewer people, ultimately causing it more likely to miss its targets. In my experience, it is usually not a good idea to cap ICOs for this reason. Happy to be proven wrong of course.
Yes you are right about the cap as it can make people hold off on investing but we have put a lot of thought into it and have had heated discussions on if we should have a starting limit.  We also don't want to be stuck with too little funding and cannot deliver on promises.  That's not how we like to work.

Thanks for your very reasonable answers. Wishing the team the best in the project.

Bounty from email subsription?

We are not doing those since its the worst kind of spam there is and some just input enromous number of emails to get more shares and we think its not fair to true supporters so you can get some sweepstakes via this link : https://gleam.io/W3AB7/ark-pretoken-exchange-sweepstakes for doing social things. But you can still email subscribe on https://tec.ark.io/ to get informed on when will our full TEC site be up and running.

Good point, but gleam may attract lots of spam like in iconomi project. BTW, gleam is the best campaign site.

Gleam has been wonderful and we will certainly use them in the future.  I would also recommend any other project that wants to do a social media campaign to try gleam out.  It's a highly advanced tool.

Why Log on only with Amazon, Instagram and YouTube?

Yesterday I have used e-mail, FB, etc..

Only reason people used that email login was to spam us and cheat others out of a chance at winning.... are you a social media spammer?

Lots of spammers got Axed yesterday after we removed email signups.  Sorry.

Now is OK for me, logged via FB  Smiley

PS: no spam  Grin
