Just head to https://ascendancy.io/#/ipo and there's a part that says total ASC invested. Once that goes over 4,800,000 this IPO will be considered a success

Hi! Unfortunately it's not 30 minutes but 90 minutes (boy, do I wish it was 30 minutes).

Our goal is 4,800,000 ASC sold (480 BTC at the price of the first week) but we will continue the project as good as possible regardless of the amount raised.
Andrew and Richard has been dreaming about Ascendancy for over a year, they will not give up on the project without a good old fashioned bar fight! Wink

Just want to elaborate his post but i'm sorry if i'm wrong, He mean's when He register on IPO site He will find ascendacy address like Bitcoin address, but look like ascendancy address same with Stellar wallet can sent with username not address like Bitcoin address or any other altcoin address. I register on IPO site but don't see any wallet address for investment, this because the IPO not start yet?
