I knew people couldn't edit posts in the auctions forum, but I figured the OP could still edit posts.  Apparently I can't.  I'll try to see if a mod can edit it for me to end the auction on May 22nd at 1:00 AM UTC (if it isn't against the rules).  This should put the auction ending in the evening for those in the US.  If it can't be edited, the original time still stands.

maybe if these auctions didn't end in the middle of the night I could keep up with the last-minute bidding...

You've got a point.   :-/   I suppose I could have chosen a better time.  If previous bidders are okay with it, I suppose we could change the time (shorten it a few hours or extend it).

fine by me

I've owned a decent amount of shares since the IPO and it's time for me to sell some of them.  I'm still bullish about ASICMINER and will be buying shares back at some point, but I need to finance another project.  As a result, I'm selling half of them.

Minimum bid is 1.85 BTC
Minimum bid increment is 0.01 BTC
Minimum quantity is 10 shares (sorry, I would like to keep the paperwork burden on Friedcat down)

This auction will be done without escrow unless you want to pay the fees.  I haven't sold much on the forums, but I've been around a while.  Also, having Friedcat in control of the shares is essentially already an escrow anyways.  If I try to rob anyone in a public auction, Friedcat can simply transfer the shares.  Once again, if you'd like to use an escrow, I'm perfectly fine with it, but the fees are yours.

This auction ends on May 20th 2013 at 6:00 (UTC).  If bidding gets close at the last minute, I'll be going by forum timestamps.
Payment is expected within 36 hours of the auction's closing.
