A pumpkin mines 27 hours a night
I was merely providing a possible explanation as to what the "Materials" asset could consist of and where the May funds could've gone. It's well understood AM has been partnering with Allied Control to establish hardware and immersion cooling for potential franchisees, these are the most recent updates that I found. Now it's just waiting to see how it turns out, for better or worse.

The May dividends pretty much exactly fund the June batch.

What is the context of this folder? How is this related to AM?

Edit: to be clear, I'm well aware of DataTank and so on, but I'm unsure about those stock photos and schematics of some containers.

For the reference, DataTank:

@Another User:  Context.  Qualifiers. <==Learn both Smiley

And of course I don't have the entire picture.  Neither do you.  OTOH, when it smells like shit and it's this sewer, I'm going to assume it's shit.  <==reasonable assumption Smiley

Oooooh! My turn!

@NotLampChop "Reasonable" assumption ≠ Reality.  Comprehension. <==Understand both Smiley

For someone that claims to "use logic," backing them up with only assumptions doesn't make it any more legitimate. OTOH, when you smell "shit" and you're in "this sewer," kind of makes you wonder why you're even here in the first place, doesn't it? Must be a fetish, maybe I'm just not sure...  Smiley

Bitcoin is antisemitic
Bit nerve racking

The moral of the story is: when you have a 40X+ bagger in your hands like any holders who bought at the IPO time last summer, sell the sh*t out of it without thinking twice.

Its very plausible FC has interests elsewhere. Its a bit questionable to see how they ended the last month with a loss. This business is valued in the hundreds of millions (IMO its overpriced), and its share prices have taken a bit of a tumble recently, check out the orderbook on havelock. While some of its attributed to the recent increase of the USD value, its still losing ground regardless of that, yesterday each share was valued at ~$240, right now its at $170. Bit nerve racking considering this is by far the largest BTC business

And I'm not even suggesting that, at the time you made your 600% profit...

JoTheKhan, not sure if I remember you from....

I'm not implying that the board members were paid off...  I also have no idea how many shares... I'm also not clairvoyant...

Not sure where I led you to believe a conspiracy was involved....

Not sure I get it.  What does inflation have to do...

For not having the entire picture, you seem quite sure of it.

any company worth their salt, and as TAT plainly states, FC et. al are millionaires; so any reputable business people that operate a company that generates millions in revenue wouldn't hesitate to spend 50,000$ on documents, lawyers, and independent reviews that plainly show whatever you claim.

but we're talking about people who operate in a country that is notorious and rife with fraud in business dealings.

how about this:

consider if friedcat et al. own rockminer and xtbec.

come on, you're smart. I dont have to spell it out.

Consider any landscape where FC et al. want to wash themselves of AM's shareholders.

I have no proof either way.

And that's all I'm saying here--not understanding how a scam works is not proof of it not being a scam.  Everything beyond that was thrust onto me by ASICMINER fanbois and jittery "investors."  To be clearer still, I never called this a scam--merely pointed out that the odds of losing on this are astoundingly high.  Not only due to FC, but to a slew of third-party risks--exchanges, etc.  The potential upside in no way compensates for this, making this a nonstarter as an investment.

Hope this is a bit clearer.

And I'm not even suggesting that, at the time you made your 600% profit, ASICMINER was setting out to be a scam.
Times were different back then, getting ripped off was still not a certainty and scamming far from a de facto business plan for bitcoin securities.
But time means flux, and today it pretty much is.

The only thing Ive seen TAT plainly acknowledge is that he has no idea what he is talking about.

It is absurd to think AM needs to publicly release documents with identities, verified by lawyers and independent auditors for every business partner. That is not the 'merican way of doing business.

Until there is a single shred of evidence to suggest this conspiracy theory is remotely possible, we should stop entertaining the idea.

First of all that is simply not true and can be proven to be false.

Second, why would it matter? If AM is selling chips why should we care who is buying them?

Do you really think FC owns any of the known 4 companies manufacturing hardware using AM chips?

if you think it doesnt matter you are the dumbest person on these forums, and that is saying a lot.

Ok it does matter I misspoke.

Still do you really think FC owns any of the 4 companies?

This is an extremely risky and not so rewarding conspiracy you are suggesting.

I have no proof either way.

But the last few months have raised enough questions that this needs to be explicitly addressed in a manner that involves official statements by many people not acting under a pseudonym that can be examined by some independent group of people. but that's the american way of dealing business. and i would be shocked if that would happen here.

And how exactly is FriedCat meant to prove that he doesn't own some company? Perhaps he'll do that right after you prove that God does not exist.

I'm not terribly excited about what happened here over the last few days.
Based on a few of the balance sheet assessments, I tend to agree that AM is setup pretty well over the next few quarters.

However, I do see a time where investors become too much of a pain in the ass - and totally unnecessary.
It would be better to buy them out, and become more private/

If it were me and I wanted to kill off investors.
I would cut off dividends.  Shut them out for awhile.  Let them panic.  Let the value tumble.  Buy back their shares.  And carry on.

No conspiracy.  But, we have become a really big group of whiny bitches.  (myself included)
Regardless if it's warranted or not - I wouldn't want to put up with us.

This is actually a good but ethically questionable idea
