Yeah. But how do you power a minirig lol. I don't know a whole lot about the thermodynamics of the units, but if a BFL Jalapeno is 50w @ 5 GH/s, then 1500 GH/s = 12,000 watts.. You would need to rewire your house. Some people bought more than one.
There is going to be headline news everywhere: "BFL MiniRig owners getting doors busted in by police due to grow-op-level power consumption" lol.
Anyway as I said "if BFL actually did start shipping" - who knows when that will be.

friedcat, as the auctions on asics are ridiculous (BFL orders that may never ship going for $20,000+). you should be selling these for a min of 100btc!

one of reasons demand is so high is because of limited supply, alot of resellers,
keep it in small quantities, and slowly put more auctions up, you will sell good and keep demand high, also can consider raising price a bit too for extra profits
