thanks for letting me know!  I marked that profile as a scammer.
Please help me by marking with negative trust.  Especially those of you who are in the default trust list via me or other default trust member.

I guess it was bound to happen eventually.  Most reputable sellers have had scamming attempts and today is my turn.  So please don't fall for it.  The payment address I use is right in OP and not sent via PMs.

Has anyone figured out if we can print out the shipping labels for delivery in Canada?   Or do we need to do a separate Canadian group buy if we want one?

Would this have to connect through a computer with software, or would it work to wire the ethernet cable to a router? (Sorry, I haven't been keeping up with the finer details of mining...)

Would also like to know this^^^

Do these mine as standalone units?

Edit.

This is on Friedcats first post about these:-

You can type 192.168.0.254:8000/FlashMega on your web browser to update to the
newest firmware on each hashing unit (no internet connection is needed). After that
you can type 192.168.0.254:8000 to access the configuration page.

So it looks as though they are standalone units?
One friedcat's Ethernet controller unit can handle up to 8 tubes.
You can just connect it via your router

Seems to be like the s-1 or the s-3  .  which means a simple cat 5 switch to the router if your router is port challenged .  I have a few s-3's.

so my router plugs into this

http://www.rakuten.com/prod/tp-link-tl-sg1016d-16-port-gigabit-switch/218839606.html

these switches are studs really nice gear.

I'll be interested to hear how these work out for those of you buying them.  I think the assembly part is kind of fun but I could use a little more information about what needs to be wired.  The youtube video seemed to do a good job of the larger pieces but for me the intricate stuff is always the most intimidating.

Has any talked overclocking capability?

Order was transmitted to fc a while back.  Shipping expected within 1 day from him.  Which implies I should get it sometime early next week.  Once tracking number is received. I'll update this thread.
I recommend anyone interested should send payments to guarantee inventory allocation, if you haven't sent btc yet.

I would like to order one, but don't get paid until August 20th.

Can you advise if you are still taking orders by then?

Count me in for one. Will send funds this evening. Can I hold off on shipping label until you figure out the right box size?

So far all of us have held off on the label.  At least I think that is correct.

If you are close to him they will fit in a regional c box.

Pretty interested in this. What all is needed aside from what'd come in the package? a PSU and ethernet cable I suspect... anything else?
PSU, Ethernet connection and probably some simple tools (screwdriver) to assemble.
