We have agreed to a take over of the ASN project. The account posting the new thread, and updating it and the development will be named Ascension Takeover They have been given access to the nodes, the bitbucket account, and sent the entire pre-mine + donations in the following transaction:

Our lead developer is busy with real life. This combined with the coordinated FUD attack and market push down, immediately after the big roll-out of phase 1, has caused us to rethink things. We had very big plans but we lack the funding to carry them out right now. We grossly underestimated the funding it would all require to get to phase 3 of our road-map and for that you have our apologies.
If anyone in the community would like to take over the project and move forward please PM us. Whoever takes over will get the entire pre-mine sent to them (including donations) plus gain access to the nodes and the bitbucket repo. Serious offers only please, trolls and hippie tech need not apply.

I said that I'll stay away from this forum for 1 week, but decided to post earlier.
Because I'm quitting.
I don't like people calling it user8x8's coin and I don't like feeling that I'm trying to push this project more than the Ascension Dev himself.
So...
AscendClub is off. Two People who enrolled got 25k and 20k on top of 500 that I paid straight away.
Also I made a 100k donation to ascension donation address.
And the remaining I dumped on bittrex.
Enjoy being free from user8x8.
