Unfortunately, we are in a bear market and at the moment there is no end in sight. Unfortunately, you bought at exactly the wrong time, but of course you do not know that in advance. You only have two options. Either you sell your coins and take the losses (I do not recommend that) or you try to buy further down to reduce your average price. Both options are not optimal.

It always trading is difficult and also when the market is on downtrend. I am saying always never back with empty profit from market. Crypto market will move for sure and its happening already. Don't be panicked to sell. Be patience and make your goal.

In my opinion, it’s better to withdraw all the money from cryptocurrency until it is completely depreciated. The fall will certainly continue, as it’s planned to launch ETF funds that need a large number of bitcoins for effective operation. Therefore, they, I think, carry out a plan to reduce the BTC price in order to purchase more bitcoins and much cheaper. I would not be surprised if the BTC price will fall below 1000 USD.

I believe the market will recover, but I do not see it happening this year any longer. I still expect those coins to fall before this year runs out. But I believe the market will get better come next year. But, investing into crypto requires a lot of risk.

Now you should hold those shitcoins, But next time remember to buy only bitcoin when market is so shitty... because you will lose less with bitcoin and after mooning you'll earn more with bitcoin... and after mooning, you still have some time to buy shitcoins cheap, until other people beat you to it... And I would recommend to buy montly or weekly some bitcoins because it's hard to catch all time low and/or if you want to sell all time high...

Dont sell it, market will recover soon actually. Just hold your tokens and coins and have on it, its normal this year that we are not experiencing gains., so better hold it, just wait for the perfect timing of gains.

A story was told of someone yesterday from the Asian region who panic sold tens of thousands worth of btc for around 6000-9000$, though a mistake, but patience is still the best

The price has been getting a little bumb but i'm not sure if this will be so long dude, You can try to go out when your portfolios get back.
