One week will last the 1st round of second stage of IEO. Also it will be 2nd round of second stage. After second stage will be third stage.

It is hard to say about the liquidity of SHOREX exchange because on coinmarketcap there is no information about such exchange https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/shortex/.
If IEO will be conducted on different exchanges it will be more chances to collect money, because every stage are conducted on different exchanges.

Auditchain conducts IEO on different exchanges, it mean that the listing after the end of IEO will be on different exchanges and traders will have a choice where to trade tokens.

The choice of exchange is very important, Auditchain will have listing on different exchanges, but also is very important that tokens of the project would be in demand.
