Good ol' Auroracoin.. such warm memories of this one.

Hopefully the hard work of the people who stuck with it pays off and the exchange will actually happen.

Good luck.

hmm looks like the price is going torards 0.00008.

Ive been tradin auroracoin for 18 months now.

Ive baught back some aurora at 0.000095 but i think i can get most of my auros back at 0.000085.

Another thing ive learnt is that auros price moves with development of the krona exchange.

You can sell auros comfortably until that exchange goes live.

Ltex

Give me a break man.

Unless the price goes back above 0.0001 i was right in selling.

My reasons for selling are because cryptsy now only has 5% of the auros market.

I assume cryptsy is going bung and would want to liquidate the coins they have implying that they would want to sell the auros it had.

Any ideas on what cryptsy is doing with its auroracoin? I suspect the selling pressure is connected to them.

PS ltex, those 5000 auros are a small fraction of my holdings bro Tongue

Adamastor - It's always trickey to discuss price - I learned it the hard way in the past.  But I can say this to you.  I would be VERY VERY VERY surprised if AUR don't go higher the 0.0002 before X-Mas.

This being said, who know.  You haven't lost a lot selling at 10k.  And someone was lucky enought to buy at 10k (in my perspective).

Short time price matter very few when you know how dedicated and talented are the people behind this project.

Auroracoin icelandic exchange open in few days - very little details to take care.

Foreign AUR price matter very little in that regard.  Let's see how it goes in IS market.

I think so AUR is finished. No wonder why Cryptsy sold all of it's stock. Thinking, who is buying them though?

Thanks for the coins!

wow it looks like cryptsy just sold a big chunk of its auroracoin.

I sold 5000 coins on dec 7 at 0.0001 bitcoin/auro anticipating a major sell off by cryptsy.

is it over?

Where do you get the idea that Cryptsy is selling any Auroracoin?

Are you suggesting that Auroracoin would just be finished because someone sold a few coins?

Yes, people have been warning about Cryptsy for a while now. Sad to see them have trouble, been one of the most stable land liquid place to trade AUR/BTC.

Check out https://bittrex.com/Market/Index?MarketName=BTC-AUR in the future.

Unfortunately cryptsy still is the most liquid aur/btc exchange. It could change today, though. A respectable selloff happened on bittrex (cheap auroracoins!! ;-) ) and cryptsy volume is around 3000 AUR for the day.

bittrex is gaining importance though, and the price on cryptsy is certainly distorted by people trying to get funds out through altcoins, failing at that, etc...
