Has anyone paid to the address listed in their account and gotten confirmation that their payment was received in the store respectively?

I paid, but no confirmation either via e-mail from someone or from the store. It still shows as "trade in on hold".

mmm, that's odd guys, I'm pretty sure rudrigorc and allinvain should have gotten emails, I remember sending about 50% of them before having to run off to another meeting earlier today.

care to check store / emails?

also yes, trade-ins are batch #2 prices, so $1600 at current exchange rate. I think the number used was 17.2-17.4ish
My lancelot had been signed by Mr. Chen in BeiJing in April 17th.Still no emails,no order.

Hey guys,
I think BitSynCom and his team might have gotten a few of the emails wrong or they may be going to spam? Here's the weird part. I see the trade-in link in the store, but did not get an email.

Here's the problem with the store, though. It tells me to send 17 * the number of Icarus trade-ins to an address, but then the Store page itself says something more like 78 * the number of Icarus trade-ins. It's weird.

EDIT: Whoops, just realized you guys have already noticed this, too. I'm going to try adding to one of my open tickets to make sure support confirms I should send X amount to the address.

Bitsyncom, I'm really happy that we have finally reached this point and I believe that your job is not an easy one and mostly thankless too, but since you according to your own statement is a man bound by his word, do I really have to remind you of the original terms? The actual deal at the time was $1500 minus the rebate (300 or 400). Remember, we all sent in perfectly good and still profitable boards three months ago believing that those terms would be upheld.

Don't worry bro, you'll make that $1500 back within 10 days (with 1 miner). That kind of quick return should be borderline illegal Tongue

You are paying like 1/4 of #2 price (in BTC terms) and you complain ? :/

still no trade-in Sad

Did you guys make sure to include your contact info (e-mail address associated with your store account) when you sent in the fpgas?

Of course.  Note inside the package listing email and mailing address, + phone number.
I had it confirmed with Mr. Chen.  He asked for my email address and verified my package.  There were about 40 people before me.

Well as long as you see the order then it's all good. Click on the VIEW button and it should tell you the price you should pay and also give you a BTC address to send the payment to. As far as the 78 BTC, that's an error. What is happening is the store is using the current batch 3 pricing  (75 BTC). Disregard it. Just click on the VIEW button and it will show you the true price which should be 17.4 per unit.

Well, there is obviously an error since Bitsyncom has confirmed the batch #2 pricing, but even the order details show the high price. It seems yours and mine are different. It doesn't really matter.

But it IS at batch 2 pricing. Guys, I fail to see why you're not understanding what I'm saying. I guess I will repeat myself once again for the last time. So here it goes. Even if it shows the high pricing both on the main orders page and when you view the details of a specific order it does NOT mean that you are required to pay that price. On the details page it should say something like:

"Order updates:

1.Friday 12th of July 2013, 03:15am
please pay 17.4 x 1 bitcoins to..."

Now on the other hand if you're saying that you don't have anything that says "order updates" and it just shows a high price in btc then there is something else going on. Most likely Yifu hasn't gotten around to updating your order.

they are working on it, something just changed in my order status

about the price, what do you guys think? I still hope for 60 BTC or less  Cool.

Yifu said it was batch 2 pricing so, $1299 for Icarus, $1199 for Lancelots trade-ins.

Hmm, I just logged into my store account and saw an order for the trade-in! Wohoo. I don't know why there is an error in the pricing, but if you click on view order it should show the proper pricing.

The price is 17.4 BTC per unit, which equates to $1600 as of right now  (price is at $92)

No email yet, but there is an trade-in order on hold in the avalon store when I log in. Yay! The price says 78 BTC though Sad Does your status really say 17.4 BTC?
