I think the average age of a newbie bitcoiner is atleast 18 years old. I have talked to a lot of people and the majority of them are just teenagers. They're all into faucets, HYIP, gambling sites though. They haven't gotten into professional stuffs like making a website, designing logos, buying and selling of digital and/or non digital goods.

People that are older, 30-40 years old, they seem to have a lot of bitcoins. It's like they are doing bitcoins just to have fun while earning some money. They usually do trading, and gambling.

Wow.You are old. Grin Just kidding.

I`m 26 years old. Most of the active bitcoin users are between 25 and 30 years old.

I hope that more senior people will start using btc.

I think most of us here are at around 18 - 40, not sure though, but usually at  at 18 we've given freedom by our parents to do what we want, and not much monitoring our activities in the internet, and at 40, I think at around 30 to 40 years old, that's the time that  some of our fellow are engage in many jobs and side jobs to earn big.

Yeah, I also think that most of that using bitcoin is an age you mentioned. But I also see there is some age under 18 years of age who use the bitcoin and they get excellent benefits when leveraging bitcoin. I think this is not a problem, because the problem is how to gain favor when using bitcoin

I am 19 years old.

I believe bitcoin definitely regenerate. Bitcoin old player will be replaced by a new one, and it will occur continuously. But I think the average player bitcoin between 20-30 years old.
i do not think that the average age of bitcoin users is between 20 to 30 because in 20 to 26 year of age most of the boys or girls have not  yest completed their studies, therefore they have not such an extra time to give to bitcoin or to any other such kind of forum, to me the average age of the bitcoin users will be 30 to 40 because in such age people mostly grew up so mature and they have their full attention toward earning money therefore thy find news jobs, business or any other source of earning money, and that is the reason that i am sure that the average age of bitcoin users will be between 30 to 40.

I happy to find myself in majority age group but does this really matter? I don’t think anything like curiosity, contribution and activity related with bitcoin has something to do with age. A 60 age+ experienced person can participate in the community and on the other hand someone with 25 years old can equally contribute to the community. It all depends on what is your perception about bitcoin and how you see it in the future.

My age is between 30-40 so I voted that. But I do know another bitcoiner who is about 50-60 year-old. He was already a bitcoiner before I knew him.

Well IMO the average age of bitcoin users are age 22-30. I think that way because many from that age use bitcoin for side jobs and extra income. Because of that reason I came up to the conclusion that the average age of bitcoin users are age 22-30
but to me the average age of bitcoin users is between 30 to 40. the people below 30 are less mature. they do not do study they mostly pass their time in enjoying life. traveling and parties. so they have little time to study about these things.

I voted for 22-30 because almost of my friends who are using bitcoin is ranging to that age. But in total teenager 16-21 is very possible to be an average age of bitcoin users because we know that the teenagers are the most related about technologies
So for me for overall, Teenager because they will also fit if you talk about technology.

It's good to see that people at age >40 are already bitcoin users, i voted for the second one as i know many people (bitcoin users) that are at this age, but seems that also forum users 50% of the voters are at the same age. The early adopters are at this age but not teenager.

I am not a young bitcoiner, and unfortunately I have realized that most people with similar age (over 40) is not so interested in this type of alternate coins, but I  have no problem with being an old man among young people.

I believe it's the 20-35 range. They are people familiar with technology and currently applying for their first jobs (aka money). In the same time a lot of them have heard of people getting rich in the previous years and see btc as an opportunity to make more money. In the process they understand what the real benefits of the ecosystem are and eventually stick on bitcoin.

From my personal estimates the majority of the users are probably between 18-38 years of age.

~CfA~
thats true, most of the users of bitcoin are pretty young in my opinion it might be a bad thing as they dont have a lot of experience in using the money to be honest

i am 20 years old at the moment and i use bitcoins for a while right now, i really like the whole technology and i know that it will have a great future, i think it will be great for sure

I am a sprightly 41. Luckily my main boyfriend is 16. We're planning on having ourselves surgically melded in North Korea next year which will officially bring my age down to 28 as we'll legally become one entity known as 'Ourself'.

I think more on 22-30 level of age buying bitcoins.. because this is a common age for new starter about bitcoin but.. we don't know old people because they are not so active in this forum so i think the poll for high age is low.. but honestly many old people are buying bitcoins above 30 plus..
