Hi Patrike,

Bug update - MiniZ for ETHASH / DaggerHashiMoto > NiceHash

The command line is not correct for it to mine on NiceHash for this algo.

Awesome Miner command line that get's generated fails

--par ethash -l stratum+tcp://daggerhashimoto.usa-east.nicehash.com:3353 -u Wallet_Address_Here.MainRig -p x --pers auto

Should be like this (tested this in a .bat file and works)

miniZ.exe --par ethash [email protected]:3353

Can you fix this for the next release, thanks.

DO NOT download anything from the links above posted by this user. I've already reported it to the moderators.

This is a fake post by someone that wants you to download their virus. If you check the links in more detail, you will see that it's not actually files on our web site, but on some strange Github page.

You should also report to github if you haven't already.

There's another phising post by another user I just reported to mod.

Hello patrike,

please update T-Rex miner to 0.21 with autolykos2 support and lolminer to 1.30 also with autolykos2 support.

And maybe reading for lolminer HW errors. lolminer shows HW errors, but AM don´t count it.

Thanks
Thanks for your feedback. The mining software definitions were updated yesterday and the reading of HW errors will be improved in the next release.

Yes i see. I posted it yesterday and 1 hour later i get the update information  Cheesy Thanks for HW errors in the next release

For nVidia this temperature feature isn't documented so it's a bit difficult to find out how others have resolved it. For AMD I've identified how to get Memory and Hotspot temperature on Linux and Hotspot temperature on Windows.

I know it might sound funny, but I'd try to look at hwinfo github for starters and then maybe try to contact dev and ask a question or two Smiley

Patrike,

Any plans to implement memory/hotspot temperature monitoring so we can see it at least in Windows version? Being able to set rules on these temps would be great for those of us with 3080/3090.
Thanks for your suggestion. I will have to investigate how to get access to these readings. I know GPU-Z and HWInfo64 can show it, but I've not yet found any details in the nVidia documentation how to actually read this value.
Yeah, i am waiting for this as well.

Also Nicehash QuickMiner can read Nvidia VRAM Temperature...

Don´t forget AMD, it is also important on RX5x00 and RX6x00 series.

Hi Patrike, pls. enable ethash algo in MiniZ miner (last ver.)
No data output to the benchmark window if testing PhoenixMiner 5.6d
Autolykos is on the Nicehash now, need to be added to AM
Regards.
Thanks for the report. I'm not able reproduce the problem with PhoenixMiner and the benchmark. Is normal mining working fine with this miner, where it reports hashrate and power usage - but only in the case of benchmark it never shows any hashrate?

SSH is not active on this FW - but thx for checking the statistic stuff

another question is braiins+ FW for S9
i using VPN to connect

the "Configure API access (via SSH) wont work - i only get "failed to execute" message
in "legacy" - "reboot via web (or SSH)" dont work
default pools gives me "Authentification failure" - tried with custom web and custom SHH credentials and also with "perform reboot and pool operations via web..."

any chance to get basic stuff working on braiins+ with Awesome miner?
Thanks for the update.

BraiinsOS uses their own way of configuring miners these days so the standard way for Awesome Miner to enable API access will unfortunately not work. You will have to look into if this can be enabled via BraiinsOS.

In general - we do support monitoring of almost any ASIC miner on the market and in most cases we also support monitoring when you run custom firmware on the ASIC miner. In terms of operations we mainly focus on supporting the default ASIC firmware and our own Awesome Miner firmware. As long as any other third party firmware keeps the compatibility with the original firmware, it will work fine. Any custom firmware that come up with their own ways of doing things will typically not be supported by Awesome Miner.

Hi,

Yes, please see my reply above (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.57229445). I have a correction in the pipeline for the hashrate display. For pool changes, please try SSH instead.
