just caught wind of a conversation on telegram about an exchange? would that be needed if youve got fiat to oak conversation done on the backend, isnt that the same kind of thing as an atomic swap.. is that how you'll be doing it, or will it buy them off the markets at the lowest/average market price? I would like to know a bit about the validating process? Are they called ORACLES? Who are the people who update the system to say you went to an interview? Does their reputation score take that into account if they dont update records properly etc? Cheers guys and girls and keep up the hard work, looking forward to the launch :-D

To say the truth the issues we are raising here touch me personally literally every day when I am selecting candidates. To what point are their resumes authentic? How profound their skills and competencies are? How can I check that they really can do the things they are writing about? How can I trust the referencies given in a resume or in contacts?

historically, such a project has grown only if there was cooperation or a project promoted by someone from famous personalities. you already talked with the sites and channels administrators because while I see an almost complete absence of a HYIP from the project, it's not good.

what crap are u talking? careful using HYIP terminology, they can be considered ponzi. Aworker isnt that but I dont know what u consider HYIP for this project? Suggest u explain or understand we are in a bear market right now. Tokens, as with all crypto wont provide any HYIP until better mainstream adoption.

The market size is a very vague concept. It is difficult to calculate and check the calculations. At the moment, the number of users can be estimated by tokenholders.

I’m just wondering how the average employee will continue to benefit from this platform/token once they’ve landed a job, which they will hopefully be happy to stay in long term?

cant see it personally unless they want to keep their aworker profile updated. This is a rival for linkedin so while they may not get tokens for interviews they may get some for certs or new skills? thats not 100% clear to me if thats the case but may keep the employee involved in the aworker platform to earn more tokens


Good point. If it works like LinkedIn where you constantly update your profile and stay open to be contacted and make more connections, there may be more incentive to keep using it/be rewarded. Something to think about.
