Although you are presenting a very nice whitepaper, I do not see a unique value proposition. What do you want to distinguish in such a crowded market?

Dont use it, simply dont understand how "static" models like this will even exist when the blockchain tech really hits.. If they are having to resort to plastering adverts everywhere in order to access a site that should essentially be like a facebook for work, is terrible... Token useage really means that any non blockchain based recruitment will be limited to the usual model, which basically rewards people for moving jobs constantly, and not progressing within your current role... Aworker DOES reward you for this... you grow your profile, your reputation, you become an AWORKER... head and shoulders above the terrible model offered by linkedin.saw the recent ama. the guys are totally committed to this project

Reading the Initial post, I see that one of the objectives is to interrupt the recruitment industry, but how will future employees be recruited? Robot ? Ai ?
nothing to do with robots and ai.
I am sure the platform will simply use AI in order to tailor the experience to you, and learn from the inputs that are given. it always sounds a lot more Big Brother than it really is.
