Hello together,

i have 2 problems and hope you can help me:
1.
Please help me with my Pascal config to mine on nanopool (i tested it, but its confusing).
I know the settings that comes from Pascal Miner, but i am not sure if i can only use my wallet key without any other input.
Nanopool/Pascalcoin claims: YOUR_WALLET_ADDRESS.0.YOUR_WORKER_NAME/YOUR_EMAIL
0 = mining to lacal wallet

I tried this:
- For account ID i used my new generated privat wallet key, with a "." in the end and followed by a worker name.
Than i tried after the dot "." with: zero "0" - to mine to local wallet - but i guess that will only work for mining on computers, where the wallet is installed too.

Cause i am confused now: when i put a point at the end of the wallet id to have diffrent worker names, nothing received on my wallet key, when i open the wallet on PC  Huh
The Explorer makes now a diffrence between all my tested addresses, so now they list me 4 addresses from my tests.. Sad
I do not understand, if i need an account too (and if, where to get)?

Can some one post me an Example please, what is best to set in for "USER" in the Baikal Miner Settings?

2.
And the other Problem: How to get the balances from the diffrent accounts, to one of my wallets privat keys?

Have a great sunny day! Cheers

Just an update... seemed to mine Pascal for a minute or two and has been mining Blakecoin ever since.

Mine is still stucked at Pascal overnight unless I set the nicehashsma command off. X10s are switching from Qubit to Quard from time to time just fine with the nicehashsma command.
Do you have the Blake256r8 pool set up as an option on your B’s?

As I know,BK-B is ASIC ,and Baikal is very cheap to sell Baikal miners now

This miner is able to mine Decred which means its in direct competition with Obelisk DCR 1  ASIC HASHRATE: 1500+ GH/S DCR1 and the Miner from DCRASIC the Minotora turbo 3TH all mining Blake 14r. All these miners to be released by June ? Unless Baikal beats them to the punch which may be the case. This should be quite interesting .

Also this miner is able to mine Sia coin  blake 2b which will compete against the obelisk miner they are releasing in june spec 800 ghs.

so it all depends on when baikal is releasing their giant B? Because when your mentioned miners hit the market, gian-b will became obsolete.

Well I think yes because Baikal is using FPGA chips @ 160ghs  while Obelisk  is using a full custom ASIC 28 nm which is faster at 1500 ghs and then theres DCRASIC using a semi custom 16nm at 3 ths. So this will be all about timing. Both Obelisk and DCRASIC have announced miners to be completed around June 6 months is very long time so if Baikal can produce these miners by February these can be very profitable for a limited time. The final question is will Baikal release miners to customers right away or hold them for self mining for a month it can make all the difference any delay in delivery can fack everything up on these miners.
How do you know is FPGA? they always response is not.

I deleted the blakecoin (blake256r8) pool then added it back, it’s now mining Pascal. Makes no sense. I’ve got four NH pools setup with priority ‘0’ and auto switching set to ‘true’.

My BK-Bs still not auto switching to LBRY on NH. Anyone has got it working on auto switching to LBRY on NH? It stays at Pascal most of the time.

Nobody?
I was having the same problem on NH, I’ve been mining LBRY on Suprnova for a few weeks now but thinking about going back to NH. I’ll update my results when I switch back.

yeah, I can do 'LBRY only' on NH but just not in the auto switching mode. It will stay mostly on Pascal for the auto mode.
I am back on NH auto switching and it’s currently mining Blakecoin.

Baikal should release update with either more GHs for existing algos or add new algos to Giant B, this will help them sell more units as well! Win-Win game
Do you have any idea when it will be realized, maybe you have some kind of insider information.

Temperature input would relate to suitable ambient temperate , room temperature prior to active operation.   You'd be pretty uncomfortable standing in a room below zero or above 40c.   So operating it in sub zero conditions could be a problem by that advice I think, its possible it would lead to condensation and cause further problems.   Especially cold air can carry excess moisture into what is basically a kind of space heater with fine electronics also.    If your device is indicating operating at 45c thats fine, the actual input temperature must be far lower.  I cant think of any chips recently upset by such a low operating onboard temp

thanks buddy for input I tried my ass to keep those machine under 40 but it seems impossible when you scale this up lol

what do you consider as a bad temps ?

thanks alot for information !

btw I dont think we gonna ROI our mining equipment lol... All those coin network keep growing insanely while price keep diving, make no sense.

I’ve just been using Nicehash with my B’s but thought I’d try to mine Pascal directly with one of them to compare results. It seems Nanopool is the only option. I thought Supernova had a pool as well but I don’t see any mention of it on their website. Has it been been shutdown??

What is the price of the Giant B? They don’t have it listed on their website, it just says “for sale”.
