I actually hope that this is really UniJoin's business in China, because there are many people who have mixed needs for USDT.
I don't know how the USDT mixer works, but after Tether receives requests for a suspicious address, they can blacklisted addresses and then any coins sent to it can be burned or re-issue to the first party.
USDT mixer would be useless, Tether could  blacklist all deposit addresses and any coins sent to mixer might get burned so I don't know how there would be a mixer in a centralized blockchain

Hello, I saw your company's USDT currency mixing business in the Chinese Telegram group. They claim to be your company, so they want to consult, the group link is https://t.me/UniJoin088
And the telegram group has 10,298 members with 1,592 who are online... how did it get this big?  Shocked
I think it should be reported for scam. The telegram anti-scam team will tag with a scam warning after verification of the scam reports.

Well, it's just that, actually, the articles have a view of economic policy as I have, which is not shared by many people in the forum today, although in the origins it was so.

Nowadays we have inflation greater than 10% in a month! Governments' greed have no limit in our days...

If you are referring to inflation in the USA or European countries, in fact, at the peak, year-on-year inflation reached 10% or more in some places. But it is not 10% monthly inflation. When the data is given it says: "the year-on-year inflation reached 10% in May" but it does not mean that in one month it went up 10%, it means that from May 2022 to May 2023 it went up 10%. Another thing is that we believe the inflation figure, since it can easily be double, but if we go to official data, not even Argentina reached10% monthly last month despite having an annual inflation of more than 100%.

After all, Argentina is not far away from El Salvador so I'm sure that Milei knows El Salvador's policy about Bitcoin... If he wants to, he can do it. But he needs good counselors to determine him to take such decision...

Actually, I have looked and I have seen that he knows about Bitcoin and speaks well of it, but I do not understand then why he proposes to put himself in the hands of the FED instead of doing as in El Salvador. I imagine that volatility and that El Salvador at the moment has not done as well as expected are two reasons.

So, I've read Bitcoin: Atlas Shrugged and here are my thoughts about it.

I see that you became a loyal reader, Poker Player! Smiley

Frankly, who doesn't!? Another interesting read while not being packed with a lot of new details. Anyway, I enjoyed reading it as I'm mostly interested in names, historical details and mentions of other authors who elaborate on certain topic along the flow of the articles.

It helps to broaden the own knowledge and horizon on history of money, why it is as it is, what's good, what's bad, what's better or an alternative. Looking forward for more of this series.

This chapter focuses on the theft of inflation [...] The solution to this [...] is Bitcoin.

Basically, yes... If someone would write a "Tl; dr" of the installment, this is the basic idea. The author tries to educate some people which are still not aware of this scam performed by governments for centuries. Believe it or not, there are still many such people. I personally know some of them. Some even talk about inflation but they have no idea what inflation actually is. And because of its subtle nature, governments weaponize it against their own citizen. And, sadly, they do a very good job.

The Roman Denarius coinage was 95% silver at first and successive rulers came up with the idea of reducing the silver content and replacing it with other metals in order to finance their spending. Within a couple of centuries the silver content was reduced to only 5%. This caused inflation because people realized that there was less silver in the coinage, and so they required more coins to pay for the same goods and services.

Now this is very interesting because from this idea we can also observe better how governments' greed soared in time. During Roman Empire an inflation of 5% performed within a couple of centuries made people ask their rights. Nowadays we have inflation greater than 10% in a month! Governments' greed have no limit in our days...

In this regard, I also wanted to bring up a recent news item, which is that of the Argentinean presidential candidate Javier Milei, who wants to completely dollarize his country's economy in order to take away the power of the printing press from its rulers.

This is quite shocking because we complain about the massive printing that the FED or the ECB is doing, but you have to stop and think that it could be much worse, like in Argentina.

This sounds like a (futile?) attempt of combating evil with a lower level evil. But can this actually work..?

Someone would have to talk to Milei about Bitcoin, so that he would realize that he can base his economic system on a currency that cannot be manipulated or overprinted because it has a limit that in practice is impossible to change. Much better that than relying on the Fed's printer.

After all, Argentina is not far away from El Salvador so I'm sure that Milei knows El Salvador's policy about Bitcoin... If he wants to, he can do it. But he needs good counselors to determine him to take such decision...

This chapter focuses on the theft of inflation, although I understand that it remains to be developed further in future chapters. The solution to this, as the article points out and as those of us who have been in this forum for some time should know, is Bitcoin.

We have to think that theft through inflation is almost as old as the currencies themselves. The Roman Denarius coinage was 95% silver at first and successive rulers came up with the idea of reducing the silver content and replacing it with other metals in order to finance their spending. Within a couple of centuries the silver content was reduced to only 5%. Hello, I am very glad to contact you. Does your company's website only support the mixing of Bitcoin? Is the mixing of USDT going to be launched soon? I saw this information on your official website. I hope this is true. Do you have any business in China? It’s about the USDT mixer. I saw someone pretending to be your company.
Hello. USDT mixing will be available in a few months. We're trying to speed up development as much as we can.

If you have a business proposal please send me a PM.
Hello, I can't send your private message because you have set up not to receive private messages from new people.

I believe someone claiming to be you or claiming to represent your business contacted him, and they said that they or (unijoin) are from China and are now doing USDT mixing. That's why he reported it here. I think some scammer was trying to impersonate you.

For these things it is always good to have a PO box, regardless of how much we trust the forum member who is going to send us the cards or other physical items, because this way he/she simply knows more or less where we live, but not the exact address. He doesn't know if we live next to the post office or 5 or 30 kilometers away (because it is a post office that is close to our work, for example). Although POs boxes are not usually cheap, it is worth getting one if you are going to use it regularly.

How about shipping addresses? Are those stored? Ideally, you shouldn't even know who receives which card: shuffle them, and put them in envelopes without looking at them.

also in this case the shipping addresses will not be saved. unless the user gives us his consent for further Icarus cards orders to save his address with us.
this will be clarified individually via pm with the respective user.

the cards are 100% created by Icarus and are then also sent by us to the respective users by me personally.
we also guarantee that no sensitive data (in this case the private keys) will be stored by us and will be deleted immediately after production.

Obviously.
I am not interested in watching Yogg 2 movie scenario all over again, and we literally have zero information about Unijoin cards, private key generation and shipping details.
Imagine bitcoin mixer sending you cards on home address.. what could possible go wrong  Roll Eyes
I don't know what "Yogg 2" is, but I assume you're talking about some kind of precedent.

To clarify - UniJoin cards are 99% created by Cygan, he was recommended to us as a trusted person, so we agreed without hesitation. All we did was take care of the design, pay for the cost of materials and time, and load these plastic cards with Bitcoin. Only 20 cards will be issued.

all UniJoin has contributed to the cards is the design and the loading of the total of 20 cards with 0.001BTC each.
