I sent over a small amount as a test on [banned mixer] - I did not receive one of the transactions. I e-mailed support and they asked for the letter of guarantee. Sent it to them but no further response after that
So I lost a small amount and the mixer does not seem reliable.

Right next to the URL bar (right side), you can see the icon of a shield. If you click that and select "Advanced Security Settings", you go to a page where you can set up your "Security Level" (you can also just go to about:preferences#privacy). They have "Standard" (default), "Safer" and "Safest". The later disables Javascript on all websites, and your mixer, apparently, requires it, so it doesn't work on that level.
That's what is talking about. Tor already had vulnerabilities which worked through Javascript found on websites, so many people keep it disabled.

I log in to tor browser http://cryptomixns23scr.onion/ , set the highest security level. If it is found that it cannot be used, it can be used normally by setting the standard security level. Why?

Yet another time I sent $25 and received only $20 when I set the fee to be 0.5%. Won't use this service anymore.
You should probably pat attention to detail when using any service.Under calculator, you should be able to see "Your personal fee 0.5%+0.0005 BTC for every forward address"
So let me assume I am mixing $25 worth of BTC which is around 0.00268764 BTC at the current price, upon charging all the fees, I should be able to get about 0.00217420 BTC ($20.22) at the current rate using your same fee rate

which poped up in my bitcoin news feed. If this post is inappropiate, I'll move it somewhere else or delete it.
