Hi. I just used my CryptoMixer code and it did not worked (i did not got discount according to level of my previous volume history). Did you reset to zero discount codes for all of your old customers?

"CryptoMixer code is then used to ensure your coins are not mixed with any of the previous coins sent to our reserves during future transactions. This is a key component of what allows us to ensure your privacy and safety" - if my code did not worked so how i can be sure now that my privacy and safety are not compromised?

Hi,

Anyone had any issues with this mixer recently? I have a small amount of bitcoin that has been stuck in pending for hours.

Timer was set to a 15 minute delay and fees not moved from the suggested.

Thanks.

We didn't detect any issues all this time. If your case is not resolved yet, kindly send us LoG with the details of your operation to support@[banned mixer] and we will check it.

For faster communication, I always suggest to contact support directly via the widget on our website or send us an email.

Ok, I will write here if my problem is resolved.

UPD: 2 hours ago CM admin response to my mail, saying my message went to spam, asked again for LoG, but i send LoG before via private note service and now see this Note destroyed 100 minutes ago. I send again LoG in email message again.
UPD 2: He said will be received my BTC tomorrow, waiting.
UPD 3: Cryptomixer paid my funds back, I remove all claims.
Thanks for your update!

General warning: when using any mixer, no matter how trusted, it's probably wise to send smaller amounts at once. Set yourself a maximum and never send more than that before having your funds returned.

Please prove my words too, without revealing sensitive data.

From ~120BTC received only 32%
68% its ~81 BTC stucked in mixer, or scammed.
After verifying the Letter of Guarantee and checking transactions to all involved addresses, I can confirm @@Poker_face@@'s claim. All the above is correct.
The Letter of Guarantee was signed by the address archived here and here.

[banned mixer]: please respond! For now I'm going to leave a big SCAM WARNING.

@@Poker_face@@: please confirm back here if/when this gets resolved, I did not keep your Letter of Guarantee so I'll have no other way to confirm when this gets resolved. And if they do resolve this, it's very important (for other similar cases in the future) to remove scam accusations. If they do the right thing, it should be known!

I'm still hoping this is a technical glitch, because it doesn't make sense to exit scam for less than 100%. But I strongly recommend not to use this mixer until it's resolved.

Update:
Cryptomixer paid my funds back, I remove all claims.
Great! Thanks for reporting back here Smiley
In the future, you should probably consider mixing smaller amounts at a time.

I'll remove my negative feedback.

New user claims he sent 120 bitcoins(lol) and user who owns rival btc mixer "confirms" it. Not sketchy at all.
I offer to review and if possible confirm the evidence. I've done that before. Just note that sending a Letter of Guarantee by PM might compromise your privacy because the forum uses Cloudflare, which is very probably a NSA honeypot.

I am not saying that chipmixer is not trustworthy, but there is a thing called sales trashing and this COULD be the case. A person should not believe everything he reads.

I see chipmixer is quite popular here, I've heard for it's existence yesterday. Maybe it is good mixer and I will use it.

Those almost 5k coins is just lol.

Those 120 coins are 99.9% the same, hacked funds, or stolen funds from exit scam of one of the latest dark markets which recently did it. I fucking hate those exit scammers.

I find it hard to believe someone will send 120 coins at once.
I've seen weird things before Tongue

Even the most trustworthy person will be tempted to take the money.
It's a life-changing amount for most people, so I sure as hell wouldn't trust an anonymous website with it. But back in the Bitmixer days they made much more profit than 120 Bitcoin.

And why he will send 30% and not keep all the money? Super sketchy.
Just a guess: maybe the automated system used their entire hot wallet, after which manual action was required (but didn't happen).

I am new in the forum and without titles but if the user sends me the letter of guarantee I will confirm if this is true or not.
--snip--
Also, the most trustworthy will be tempted? ChipMixer has literally received hundreds of BTC at once (and a total of at least 4800+ BTC from a single person) and didn't scam anyone. But this is not the point here. And it's also not an excuse to scam. Stop.
Mixers as a service are important. Due to their very nature they need to be anonymous yet trusted. Most services in crypto tend to have this feature and it takes time to gain legitimacy with very real chances of the whole thing turning into a long con.
CM has processed some of the largest mixer transactions and have kept their end of the bargain impeccably. What exactly prevents a new service from turning into a long con is again an economic question like miner honesty. Once they are into the system, its in their own self interest to keep going. I don't think CM's audited financial statement would be available..lol..but the fact that they have purportedly mixed over 4800 BTC from a single source and regularly receive hundreds of BTC monthly,  should be enough to trust. Its like the fable of the goose and the golden eggs.
I don't understand what makes people think cm is not trustworthy
many years of good practice, many funds were mixed safely, a lot of feedbacks out there

The thing is that you do not have to believe in anything. I confirmed the information is true and anyone else which OP considers trusted can as well. The signature on the LoG
doesn't lie. I personally would not send it to you (after all, why should it matter if you believe or not?), but that's up for OP.

Anyways, if you want to doubt anything, create your own thread in the reputation board or contest the scam accusation on OP's thread. I won't answer to you in this thread anymore.

Btw, I do not "own" the rival mixer. I only use their signature. Big difference as my opinions are my own and I do not blindly shill them to anyone.

Show that transaction of 120 coins, I wanna see it.
Feel free to ask anyone you trust (and that it's also pretty trusted in this forum) to PM the user and I'm sure he will send him the Letter of Guarantee so he can confirm it as well.

Why would I lie when anyone else "not biased" to ChipMixer can confirm themselves with OP and call me out if it's not true?

Thanks. But i received only part from ~120BTC amount on first address, and not received anything for second address, delay for address #2 choosed 2 hours only.
I see... I saw some transactions on the 1st address and did some math with the percentages in the LoG to see if they came from the mixer but thought it was unrelated. Must have made a mistake somewhere. Should have confirmed with you before. Tongue

I updated the post.

I can confirm that the user above (@@Poker_face@@) has tried to mix a big amount of Bitcoins (~120BTC+) through [banned mixer] and has not received +60% of his funds on his address, days after the chosen delay (~1 week late so far).

All this information can be confirmed through his Letter of Guarantee, signed by CryptoMixer's staked address[1], shown in the bottom of their website and in their FAQ[2], which was sent to me. The signature was verified with Electrum.

UNTIL/UNLESS THIS IS SOLVED, THIS MIXER SHOULD BE CONSIDERED A SCAM.

This is still legal right? I only use it to anonymize myself from kyc to avoid exploitation. I have no business involved in anything illegal, I dont even jaywalk haha. I was seeing fud regarding their legality now.

Yes, we are active and legit. Feel free to mix your coins!

But how does one use your mixer and then when bitcoin moons go back and sell on coin base?
