I can't access the casino site without a vpn. Most likely that in my country they just block this site. There is no other explanation for this. I don't want to do this, but there is no other choice. So I have to do this. Sometimes there is a fear that funds will be lost because of this. Such restrictions, naturally, do not please from the word at all. How do you feel about it?

As long as someone isn’t using a VPN for multi-accounting or to bypass a self-exclusion or other type of ban it is generally acceptable at many casinos to use a VPN. It isn’t always the case so I wouldn’t take it as a guarantee and would be considerate of how much I’m willing to risk if they haven’t explicitly stated that it’s allowed.   

Recently I played a tiny bit and here are some more things that really need improvements and will increase the player's experience.

First of all ( again ), unfortunately the "live" support is still terrible. I mean, on waiting is ok, for a bit. But waiting 1 hour and more and then getting draft replies that have nothing to do with the question is just bad. Even worse when you tell them it makes no sense, now you have to wait another 20min to get another useless reply. That should not be the standard at BC. Other sites can handle things faster and more efficient. If you want to play with the big guys you should be proud of the support, not see it as a necessary evil.

Also, statistics, bonus and so on update way too slow. The XP sometimes get added hours after sports bets have been graded. It should be much faster since some "daily quests" have a time limit and even though you wagered and the XP/wager does not get updated for such a long time the time might expire.

Another thing that annoys me, the casino live stats don't start automatically. You have to click on stats first so it actually counts all your bets, this makes 0 sense.
At every other site all bets of a session can be seen immediately under "live stats", not at BC. If you forgot to click on stats and already made 200 bets the counter will show you a big fat 0. No win/loss ratio, no profit/loss. Just 0 as if you never played

Honestly I am also not a fan of no real rake back. It's basically hidden behind a bonus barrier which gets released every 2500$ wager. Every other site has normal rake back, not bc. They actually had it, no I have read, but changed it to this strange bonus system.

One more thing, BC really needs more sports promos. Everything is only about casino. If you look at the promo site right now there is not 1 sports betting promo, but 12 for the casino.
Sure there are 2 prediction contests for IPL and NBA, but I wouldn't call that a promo.
 

Anyway, those are just my 2 cents. Since I represent BC here I really want them to improve, without improvements things can't grow.

I wish there were some logic, but unfortunately, there isn't. I have already written about it several times, some providers are available to me in every crypto casino (BGaming, BetSoft, QuickSPin...), and some providers are available to me in some casinos and not in others (NoLimit, Hacksaw, Yggdrasil. ..), only Pragmatic was off limits for me in all casinos, until some new casinos came and now I can play Pragmatic in several places without a VPN.

I have asked several times what the trick is with those things, but I never got any "smart" answer, as it all depends on the license... So I am sure I can play ELK without VPN one day in some casino, but who knows when and where? Regarding VPN, several crypto casino reps have already written in their ANN threads that using VPN is allowed. I used it before just to play providers that were not available to me.

I wouldn't recommend it at all, as we've already seen enough of this in the scam accusations against the various casinos. The player is not allowed to use a certain service on the site, circumvents the block (VPN, multiaccounting, ...) and then perhaps even wins a respectable sum. As soon as the player wants to cash out, the casino carries out more detailed checks, the attempt to circumvent the block is noticed and the payout is refused, whereupon a thread is immediately created and the casino is accused of scamming.

Even if you are aware that you will never be able to withdraw your winnings from the platform, I would still not recommend the circumvention solution, otherwise it could be noticed sooner or later and the account could be blocked completely.

I totally understand how annoying it is when you can't play your favorite games because of geo-restrixtion but I do not recommend using VPNs to bypass the restriction to avoid getting in trouble. At least, try contacting the customer support and ask them if it's OK to do so.

Logically, since it's the game provider (ELK) who have banned your country then I doubt you will find any casino that will let you play their games.

Thanks  lol finally there was an update and change in the number 2 raffle, the raffle can finally push through. My assumption was correct that the slots wouldn't fill up immediately if we stuck to the criteria of who can join the raffle. Now that there are two slots available for those who have Bc.game account they'll surely fill up it and we can start the raffle. For me, ELK provider is one of the most interesting providers around. It's hard to decide which ELK slots are the most interesting, Cygnus & Nitropolis all parts, Pritots 2, TropiCool 2, Propaganda, and a few others are slots that I could play all the time. But sadly I can't play them anymore... First I noticed on BC.Game that I can't play ELK, then I realized that ELK is banned for me in all the casinos I know. I haven't used a VPN for a long time, so I haven't played ELK for a long time either... I hope there will be a site soon where I can play ELK again without using VPN.

Since my ticket on bc.game is literally being ignored...

2 weeks ago a "support" agent(allegedly) created a ticket (after I had to run through 4-5 other chat employees trying to get rid of me / the problem by simply claiming that i already used /received the missing reward).

I didn't receive any response whatsoever , let alone my reward (16$ from the slot master quest) & the "support" ....
Well I'm pretty sure that everyone who ever contacted the "support'' knows the drill.

Congratulations to you for conducting raffles from different projects. The Games and rounds board is congested and to a degree highly saturated. By design it is a competitive board that has various members jostling to promote their chosen projects therefore this type of endeavour will be welcomed by many members that use BC Games (and by those that are new it).

It is indeed exciting and we all gambling enthusiasts share your excitement on this forum. I was regularly participating in another casino running prediction games every week and when I saw BC.Game giving out similar promos, I knew my week was going to be full of predictions all over the excel sheets. So I am keeping track of those now and attempting to win something from BC.game over the next few weeks.

One of these is dated for tonight and sadly my predictions are not close to the current price today, lets see what happens though.

Participating in all these contests have been making the forum more fun for me - being among the list of users contesting for a prize just has its own feeling. He's too persistent but we have to move on and forget about him. Whether he'd call what he wants to call bc.game or any other casino that he has lost due to being unlucky, there's not one thing going to change with the result unless he changes himself and his perspective towards losing and gambling.

I can speak from experience, the bonus can be gone real quick. That's why I always let it sit for a bit then when the time feels right use it. Anyway, mine is quite small so there is nothing to worry about anyway.
