Can somebody please explain their experience with the sport bonus for new players.I have never deposited in bc.game but I find the terms and conditions of the bonus quite confusing.Is the bonus available to you from the beginning or you need to place bets in order to unlock it.I have would be happy if someone can comment if the bonus is worth taking in their opinion

A couple of games are available this weekend, particularly, the EPL. This is the last gameweek before the first international break of the season next week. For me, it's the Arsenal vs Man Utd game on Sunday as well as Liverpool hosting Aston Villa at Anfield after a glorious comeback last weekend against Newcastle. Funny game outcome. Chelsea and City should get 3 points easily from Fulham and Nottingham respectively.

As iv4n says, we all have bad sessions but it can be a reason to not play on that casino as you will have a bad feeling. I had a great run in the very beginning on bc.game while playing crash and even though I got bad sessions when playing the in-house games, I will always return to bc.game because of that great session that I had more than 2.5 years ago. You can check any game in "Reviews", it's right under the game, the third tab. You just had a bad day and that's it, talking about the software and how we pray that the house will not get better cards is a bit funny... We all wish to win whatever game we are playing, we hope or pray for some luck, but it's gambling. Who said you will sit at the table and you will win the money just like that?
Don't get me wrong, you just had a bad session... we all do! After so many years of gambling, I have big wins & losses in almost all popular gambling games, in the most popular crypto casinos around. But you never saw me crying after losing and calling the casino or game rigged... I played and I lost, more luck next time. I do have some guys as friends who have made it a habit to not play gambling/betting the rest of the day if they lose their first, second and third games consecutively on that day, they just conclude that it's going to be a very bad day for them that day as long as gambling is concerned, for this reason , you won't find them near any casino the whole of that day until the next day, whether this is working for them , I do not know since I'm not that close, but then, I completely understand that as humans with different faces, so is our attitude and character , as well as perspective to things patterning to luck mostly .

Hi Gekkebelg, is there any update? If not, try to contact the forum representative by a PM or maybe contact Icopress/Efialtis as they are in close contact with the team. I know you as a legit high roller that plays on a lot of casinos so hopefully everything gets sorted out.
No update, tried everything. Efialtis not responding anymore, bbc reporter too. Sent 5 emails, tried 10 livechat sessions....zero.

Probably, they are too busy with multiple cases. But I believe if they need more employees to do their work on time, they should do it and solve every case in a timely manner. The lack is from the BC game side. There is a reason why efialtis does not respond to you. The possible reason is he also did not get any response from the BC game side and he has nothing new to share with you.

I have a terrible experience playing that I decided to request to delete my account on the first day of my game experience here. I’m not saying that they are scam but I’m totally in bad luck with this casino for whatever ever reason. I deposited 100$ in fiat currencies and play only their house game blackjack and their evolution gaming exclusive bc.game blackjack. I play most of my cards here on both live and house as always ranging from 12 to 16 while the dealer have 10 and A face up card.
This is the most terrible bad luck I ever played on casino for my long time playing blackjack on different casino. Again, I’m not telling that this casino is rigged since my bad luck can’t prove it, Just sharing my first impression on this casino.

I have uploaded my ID documents exactly 11 days ago and they are still pending! And I opened already 6 different live chats and everytime all they say is wait. How on earth can it take this long? I have sent you my username per PM.

They said there were no open tickets when they checked, and you uploaded those documents eleven days ago and contacted live support six times. Even though you opened live chat six times, number of tickets is zero. That's mean the support agents marking those live chat conversations as solved so their boss or others does not see it as pending or as open ticket.
Even though Bc game claims they have 24/7 support, I still believe they should have another support channel where people can contact regarding their issues. Or at least if they monitor the cases here in Bitcointalk, it would be helpful for them. Sometimes support agents does not care and mark tickets as solved without further investigation.

Fine these answers and solve your issue. Your account got hacked, it could be because your device might be compromised. Night is what I said and with the level and scheme hackers/scammers have got, they can even have a bug on your device that gives updates on your activities. 2FA wouldn’t save you much at that point as all you do is mirrored with them. The closest 2FA could do for you is the awareness but, of course, they could join mails or create alternative mails and what have you to still be affiliated.
