This is very hard to believe as I can see that we have zero open tickets from the time of and before your comment. Can you please DM me your userID and I can double check. From what I gathered here, someone accessed your account and withdrew your funds. If that is the case, then there is nothing we can do as crypto transactions are immutable. This type of issue can be easily avoided by simply activating 2FA on your account. Unless there is more to your story, I don't see how this is a valid scam accusation. Please use 2FA in the future.

Exactly, because I just claim a little winning of mine on the bc.game casino prior to the soccer game I predicted and I have been doing so for some times now and I haven't gotten any issue likewise the thousands of people using same casino so I would also suggest you check if the issue is probably from your own end. Most times users just feel to blame without checking for the reason of your supposed hack.

Well, I didn't have many issues with crypto casinos in general... but the last few issues were on me, I mixed up some chains!

I was lucky and I got my coins back with some "help". What I wish to say is that these things happen more than often, we (players) make a mistake, mostly because we didn't pay enough attention, and these kinds of mistakes are usually totally unintentional. But some people are trying to pass the blame on the casino, although they know it's their fault. People who tried to cheat and it didn't work... and they will try to take the money by yelling and threatening.

We will need a lot more details so we can evaluate for ourself. So please show any images/printscreens/chat logs that back up your story. As Mahdirakib mentioned, bc.game can probably not do a lot but change your password and enable 2fa (also on the other casinos you play on).

@Rachael, before posting stuff like that, do your proper research. They have been online since a couple of years, have paid out millions of members and all valid complaints on this forum have been handled in a good way.

I just checked the bc.game site and I did noticed signs of scam in the site, I will suggest you just make am complain to the site and wait for their response or checked the transactions history so you will be sure of what you are saying, while depositing the funds did you cross check your account informations before proceeding the transactions?
Well your account might have been hacked by someone closer to you nothing is not possible.
