No need to use capslocks and JB tokens are just an in-house token without any value. If you have a high enough vip level, you can use it to cover your withdrawal fees but otherwise you just use it to test out the games. So they are not scamming you in any way.

Back to your post, Bcgames has both Jb[1] and BCD[2]. Jb is an in-house game currency, it was built so that those that want to tryout bcgame but are sceptical to put their money in it can still try it out using jb it was never meant to be withdrawn from the site, the BCD on the other hand has monetary value meaning if you have them in your account you can successfully swap[3] them into any other currency of your choice as stated in the site.

So I don’t see the reason behind your post, the only thing I see here is you being ignorant about the site you’re making use of nothing more nothing less.

The representative of bc.game came online today and he posted in the scam accusations topic that he will share the findings with mumu in a personal message when they finalized the investigation. While this case is taking a while, when the claim is legit, they will pay it out. They have been in business since multiple years and all the cases against them have been resolved with success.

But they were online, but they did not post any updates there. The last update they posted was on 27th July, and they were asking the accuser (mamu68) to check PM and respond to them. I appreciate their approach.

Well, we already criticized them for their lousy support, and there is nothing the community can do except push them to check the cases. It would be best if you had done your own research before playing at a casino. Since you did nothing, now face the truth. There is no reason to believe you are telling the whole story here. We did not hear the story from the Bc game side yet.

The accuser always presents the story as if they were scammed. We never know if you were placing arbitrage bets or violated other terms and conditions of their casino. I have supported you so far, and now bc game is investigating the case. But it seems like you like to continue the drama while the result is yet to come.

Investigation can take up to 6 months as standard procedure of casino but it’s still a case to case basis for the casino if they want to max it out or not. Experiencing unresolved issue for almost 2 months is really frustrating especially if there’s no support here in the forum handling your case specifically.

There’s a reason for your account being on hold but casino doesn’t want to disclose it publicly unless they are already sure to their findings.

You can't really expect their representative on the forum to provide a more detailed explanation when the accuser didn't even share his username from the platform. Moreover, we can't determine if he received a response to his queries on the platform or if he was ignored since there's no evidence to support the claims, and we haven't heard the other side of the story yet.
Yes, I have seen their response, and it was like contacting our support; they are pretty fast and available 24/7. The representative does not want to share anything there for privacy season, which is fine. They took another month to respond again while this guy was spamming the gambling section and screaming there. Since he claims the support did not respond to him, what can he show us, actually? If support does not respond, he cannot show us responses. But, at least he could show the emails he has sent. But, if he did not share because his emails have some personal information, then I respect his privacy. Sharing a username in public with $3.7K in balance is not suitable for privacy either. I just imagined myself from the player's perspective.

It's good that the community is seeing that you are actually trying to attend to the issues the supposed user is currently experiencing  because his arrogance has been something else.
