I didn't "back up" anyone in this case... I simply shared my honest opinion about this case, and I shared my personal experience at BC. And I guess you can quote me if I am wrong, but I still don't trust this guy... Is he a gambler? Cheater? Honest guy? Liar? 5 screenshots in 45 days of waiting is absolutely nothing in my opinion... yes 5 screenshots in his scam accusation thread! Check them again and tell me that you are buying that. I would share my full conversations with support, and I would share all sent/received emails with them. And maybe before everything I would accept help from a highly reputable member of this forum if I believe I am honest (check previous pages and you will see what I am talking about)!


Since we didn't see full conversations and some other correspondence what we can assume? Who knows what really happened here, for now, I believe that this guy got caught doing something "wrong". Now he can spam around looking for some sympathy and understanding, but I doubt he will find that with his attitude and a few screenshots that prove absolutely nothing!


A guy can claim whatever... but it's not about what we claim it's about what we can prove. Do you really trust this guy and his words? Check his thread again, his 5 screenshots, and his words, and tell me your honest opinion about should we all back up this guy.

You are right. Even I have those 3 medals and I wanted to get more but I stopped playing on BC.GAME after a while.
I thought I would collect 5 medals and get a nice reward for the same but I didn't really get much time for gambling due to other works.
I did played few games every month but that was it. I am planning on to resume on BC.GAME but the rewards from spins are not really convincing.

Well, iv4n, for some reason, I believe you are trying to back up BC game. It's obvious that a player will spam around and get mad if a balance like $3.7K is stuck in a casino, and they don't care about it. What do you expect from a gambler who is waiting for 45 days and there is no resolution? Of course, I am not supporting his behavior. He should be polite and gentle. But it is obvious why he is angry and talking like that. He shared some screenshots in his scam accusation thread and provided further info when community members asked for info.

I do not see anything from the BC game representative except for saying to contact our support. I understand that BitcoinTalk is just a platform where they promote their existence, and it's not for support purposes. But do you believe a casino like BC Game should ignore such a case for that much long time? Don't you smell something fishy here? A guy is claiming the BC game support does not answer (This is proven because he is not the only person complaining that they don't answer), and they do not reply via email too. Why don't they come in the thread and say hey, your account was banned, or Your KYC procedure failed? This guy submitted this information, and it's taking ages to complete the verification. At least they can give him an ETA so he doesn't panic.

Well, you didn't convince me... and after these words, you are even further away from that. You keep repeating the same thing without new arguments, and you are adding some insults whenever you can... it's not nice! Anyone can make a few screenshots like yours and claim anything! And it seems that many don't buy your story, maybe it has something with your temper and the lack of real evidence.

Regardless of the insults, I really wish you luck with your case... I will give you one honest piece of advice, I am not sure you will get far if you don't change your attitude and if you don't provide more proof that will back up your story.

You're a clown and you work for them. I have posted all the neccessary proof. BC.Game live support is inexistent and it's now been 45 days since I am not allowed to withdraw MY DEPOSIT + MY FAIR EARNED betting profit from 2 bets in sports in major league.

I am not chasing for medals, but I know one guy who decided to claim 800 BCD and he did it after a while (I think we are talking about months)... We all have "Talkative, The Rain Master, and Old-Timer" medals, they are easy to get. And some other medals are all about playing and spending a lot of time on BC. Claim Coco 200 times, I think Coco comes out two or three times per day, and making 10 million bets is not impossible even with small amounts. I guess it can be pretty hard to hit x99k on some games, but not impossible...

Well, I am not sure that you are completely honest... first of all, except for the few screenshots of your account (which are not so convincing from my point of view), I didn't see your emails and more proofs that back up your story, I didn't see their replies... If you wrote them without proof and words like you use here I understand why you didn't get the answer you wanted.
You just spam around, repeating the same thing (like support agents) "two lucky hits, two lucky hits" spiced with some threats, and the most interesting is probably this one:


My account is not suspended, something like that never happened to me. And If I ever experience something like this (anything can happen), I believe I would share a lot more than a few screenshots... fair players have proof and arguments, not just empty words and threats.

I play games I like, and I can say I still miss that Egyptian... But I guess soon it will be replaced with some of the ELK slots! BTW, I know someone from my country who was banned from Bc game just because he was making money with affiliate commissions he was not making any deposit, but he was claiming the bonus. He got banned with 110+ active referrals where he was making good money. I believe you are aware of bc game telegram promo codes for VIP. That guy was a VIP member and he was claiming those codes and playing. BC games banned him, saying he was playing without making a deposit.

The guy had a solid argument that he claimed those bonuses, but those bonuses are locked. He didn't even unlock a dollar yet. Since he was getting commissions from his referrals, he was playing with those commissions. I was playing there, and fortunately, I never had any issues there. Since I read his case, I barely played on BC game.

I have just made BC.Game aware of this - what I said before - they are one of the brands among a very short list of brands that I trust 100%.

This guy has $3.7K in his account and cannot do KYC. He cannot even upload the documents for verification. He said it's been a couple of weeks since he sent emails, contacting live support and trying every channel to contact them. He did not get any response regarding this. I can see the BC game representative replied to him

Okay thanks! @efialtis, can you intervene on this situation? Seems like he is waiting on a response since a couple of days and giving your close contact with the site, it can hopefully be solved and everybody can move on.

Also, it is not very helpful for anyone to accuse a sportsbook or a casino of scamming them immediately. It will not help the user get his withdrawal approved and it will not help the casino's reputation. However, what we can do as a community is help each other solve these types of cases, assuming that the user is willing to give all honest information on why the casino blocked a withdrawal.

I reckon this forum will not be a very good place for any crypto business if antagonistic accusations constantly occur.

Except it all began recently, Bc.games has always been on of the most trusted and reputable casinos around on this forum, and for the complaint, there is no casino that does not have some customers complaining, no matter how reputable the casino is, truth remains that, there will always be customers who are either never satisfied, or they try to game the casino but got caught and penalized, they get angry and start writing all sort of negative stuff about the casino as a way of revenge..

It seems to me that most people complain about sports betting, and I can't relate to that part.
