You are right. There are few casinos which have this swap feature (internal exchange) that I know of. The majority of casinos force users to withdraw in the same cryptocurrency they've used to deposit.

I have noticed that, for some reason, most crypto services have higher withdrawl limits and exaggerated withdrawal fees for btc compared to other cryptos. But I completely agree with you, it would be great if bc lower them a little bit more.
Regarding swapping btc to another crypto, if we take the exchange rates and withdrawal fees into consideration then this solution will be beneficial only when we are talking about small amounts.

I know that a swap from btc to tron might be cheap, but you also said that once withdrawn you can swap it then back to btc, and this is the expensive part because it costs as much as withdrawing from bc since you also need to cover transaction fees + the exchange. So your so called "solution" is useless for someone that wants to keep their btc. Swapping twice is 100% more expensive.

My advise to you, stop blindly defending the site, even when we promote it we are allowed to point out problems, this is only good since other people encounter these issues as well and fixing them would make the customer experience better. If you think that swapping it from btc to lets say ltc, then withdraw and swap it somehow back to btc outside of the site you will 100% lose more money. A swap at bc costs money. A swap outside of btc costs money. So you pay 2x fees.

I think the problem is, some people just want to keep their btc. Sure it saves some withdrawal fee if you swap it to something else (even though the swap also saves money) but then when you have it in your wallet and want to sawp it back to btc you pay a conversion + a sending fee yet again. So overall you make plenty of - .

That's why saying "just swap it to a different coin" is not an alternative for me. Also since I am platinum+ member I don't need to worry about withdrawal fees since I got a free one per day.
All I want are reasonable withdrawal limits. The recent 80-85$ is just too high and explaing it with withdrawal fees is not appropriate here imo.

That is what a logically enabled person will do and that is using the BC.GAME internal swap, rather than cribbing about the withdrawal fee of Bitcoin. It is there it shows up when you click on the profile image and then hit withdrawal and still some users are having an issue with it. They should try stake for a change and they will understand how much they charge as a fee when winning is withdrawn in Bitcoin. I generally swap my withdrawal into TRX then I convert it into Bitcoin or any other coin/token. There is nothing left to cribb if anyone knows how to use it the swap and the swapping fees on BC.GAME is not that high as a withdrawal fee in Bitcoin. It is fast, reliable, and easy to use while and I found the swap feature unique. I am not certain whether the same feature is available in other casinos that are competitors of BC.GAME, since I have not used it. If I remember correctly a few competitors have such a feature, which I won't think is relevant with the current discussion.

I’m not talking about the fee in fiat value but rather in sats value. This is same with idea with exchange that charging flat rates fee since Bitcoin fee in sats fluctuates often times so that will not adjust it more often.

AFAIK, Bitcoin Withdrawal fee increased to 20$+ level when the mempool is busy. I believe they just increased the minimum withdrawal so that they will not adjust whenever the fee fluctuates in sats. Besides, why the need to use Bitcoin if you are depositing small amount?

Yeah, the notification modal is existing, but casino with a huge reputation should have limits for max bet equivalent as max win.

When you try to bet with an amount that’s greater than the max win - you’ll be notified of it, they don’t just allow you place your bet unless you agree to it.

Lots of nice promotions for the upcoming Euro 2024, I don't remember when there were so many free-entry promotions. I think the prizes are also very attractive considering that participation is free.
