Do you have screenshots with your conversations with the support? It’s unusual that casino representatives will ask for screenshots of your balance while they can check it manually with their records for themselves. Besides how will screenshot help if the picture can be edited and they need to verify it with their records.

There’s some uncertainty on your story. I’m suspecting that the bonus ToS might be the cause of your problem especially on the max profit you can get out of the bonus.

You got laughing at your statement on slot being "stupid button pressing" game, it's funny for me but it's the truth because you have no control whatsoever when you are playing slots, I could remember when I thought to try the bonus offer on playgram Casino which was 100 free spins on Big bash bonanza for your first deposit of 30$, it sounded so impossible for me to actually have that amount of spin and not win anything from it. With just 2 days left until the end of the year, it has been my best year in bc.game in all aspects, even passing the "mythic" level 22, and not because it was really difficult, but because I am not a consistent player, as I have been this year. The "wager" festival to obtain BC also helped in that progress. In 15 days I made the wager that I had not made in two years, something like that.

Do you mean the BCG token?

If so, you can use it as a currency for various games on BC.Game, yes. However, the token also allows you to take part in competitions and has other additional functions, so it is definitely advisable to hold on to it.
