Girona are no longer a surprising underdog like the last season but Real Madrid are not like the champion one year ago too. Real Madrid had a disappointed match in Champions League with Liverpool but they will return to La Liga with no other task than winning and gettting three points. Sudden decreasing perfomances of Barcelona recent weeks, gave Real Madrid better chance to catch this competitor.

Firstly Real Madrid must win their matches, start with Girona as a next opponent, and secondly they will have to wait patiently for more lost points from Barcelona to take over the first position or they will have to wait until a second El Clasico in this season do to that.

Edit: I think Shishir99 should ignore me as he confessed earlier and should stop relying on all replies/topics by me.
