Despite sending them ALL the requested documents, my account still continues to remain in "Security" mode when I am not allowed to withdraw my balance.
They do not give any information but only tell me to "Wait for the update"
But how is this even allowed? What rule did I even break? Nothing, they just don't want to payout money because I hit 2 lucky winners! How is this acceptable behaviour? It's only 3770$ anyway and part of it is my deposited money!

Do you mean the verification of your KYC? From what I have seen here in the forum, it could take several days, to weeks or even a month/s. I am not really sure why it takes that long. you might need to lengthen your patience because you might need to wait for several days to weeks, etc... before your issue gets resolved.
KYC verification can be done immediately with software or can take longer time with manual verification or advanced KYC. Sometimes, if a casino want to do advanced KYC or if they want to be sure that one account does not try to pass KYC with suspicious activities that trigger KYC requirement from the casino, it will take longer time.

you should ask them that, a casino usually answers what rule a gambler broke but they wouldn't provide evidence since it might contain sensitive information.
Sensitive information will not be shared publicly or even in user email.

Because a casino will have to keep information secretly like they have to follow GDPR. In addition, email is sensitive with hacks too and sharing sensitive information through email is risky. I don't think a casino will share all sensitive information of one user like how they broke a casino's Terms of service through email.

How long does this process usually take? I am sure there are legal boundaries mandating they complete this process within certain legal timeframes.

It's nonetheless scummy behaviour, what rule did I break? Because I was lucky and won on 2 games? With this logic no player should play at BC.Game since they don't want people to win! Outright unacceptable.

I am looking forward to successful restoration of my account so I am able to bet in the casino/sports and able to deposit and withdraw again. I hope this will not take longer than 24-48 hours at most!

Expect the worst. Casino KYC is much longer to process compared to exchange KYC for an unknown reason. The fastest KYC verification that I experienced is a week and the longest waiting time is 2 weeks. 24-48hrs waiting is for exchange KYC and not gambling.

They should now restore full access to my account soon, but will they? We will find out and I will update this thread and elsewhere in other forums if they let me withdraw like they should.

It depends on their findings on your account. Typically, They will ask KYC then follow up with investigation since your account got KYC. Your account will be full restored if you didn’t do wrong. You just need a lot of patience on this waiting time.

Don't worry, they will give you the access of your account after verifying your documents. You will be able to withdraw your funds without any issues when the verification will be completed. The rules are already mentioned in the terms and conditions page of the casino

BC.GAME reserves the right, at any time, to ask for any KYC documentation it deems necessary to determine the identity and location of a User. BC.GAME reserves the right to restrict service and payment until identity is sufficiently determined.

Many thanks whoever tried to help. Some progress but far from solved!

I managed to successfully upload the correct information now which is VERY intrusive and privacy concerning to begin with
1. Front + back of ID
2. Selfie holding ID + text about BC Game
3. Utility bill
Images have to be less than 1MB too  Roll Eyes

I am not able to access my previous bets the way things stand. Huh

Is there any way someone can help? Surely BC.GAME has their employees here? Is this how you treat your customers, by refusing to payout and not replying in chat/emails?
What a great way to increase your reputation! I will not let this slip, it is totally unacceptable behavior by a supposedly "big" bookmaker!

it seems that their representative is active, but you might have to wait for the representative to be online because it's been 4 days since they have been logged in to the forum. I sent them a PM informing them about the scam accusation thread you made just in case the representative missed your post.

Do you work for BC.Game? Please try to help me, this is insane. I hit 2 lucky bets and this is how I get treated?
I will not stop complaining in forums and even found a Curacao lawyer to get my justice if my problem is not solved , this is totally unacceptable.

I am a member of Bitcointalk forum since 2018 but never found the need to write until today!
BC.GAME is trying to SCAM ME. I deposited about 2k usdt, I took 2 bets in live sports and now they are refusing to payout. Live chat does not answer, no reply on emails either. Discord link doesn't allow to get in!
Unbelievable!
They requested KYC documents but when I go there it says "All information are submitted"  (sic) even though i DID NOT UPLOAD DOCUMENTS, I JUST STARTED FILLING MY INFORMATION AND THE NEXT TIME IT SAYS THAT! There is no option to upload my documents.

I am going to complain to Curacao Gambling Authorities and in all other betting forums IF THEY  don't restore access to my account. Below are the screenshots

There seems to be a technical problem with the KYC form - it`s unfortunate though that live support isn`t responding, at all?

Anyway, I 100% trust BC.Game, our community trusts them and we have been with them for the last 3+ years - I will let our poc know about this so they can help you out. Smiley

Edit: No, I don`t work for them but we are partners Smiley

I'm checking if the problem persisted, but apparently the user got a solution/(he accepted his restriction), although I got a notification post (bot/ninja:Reply, idiom; Portuguese that was quickly deleted.

Looks like you're dealing with a typical connectivity err. Ever thought about troubleshooting your network? Ensure your internet, router, and any interfering firewall settings are in check.

Using Tor browser is a sound method, but it's no cure-all. Furthermore, continual node alterations within Tor can cause access issues to certain sites.

Changing DNS settings is a worthy suggestion, but proceed with restraint. Adjustments should be expert-guided. And concerning "bc.co," research thoroughly. Make sure you're dealing with a safe, reputable site, especially for betting.

It (case/user) is not a connectivity problem, it is a matter of  restricted country* of the country where it connects, as simple as that. Smiley...

Hi,

Yes, that's true, but I was referring to the language, obviously it wasn't the best way to express it. As we say here in sports jargon "mala mía", I leave it in my language, I don't want to give misinterpretations. Smiley

Someone can help me? I typed bc.game in the address bar, but I get an error (Can't access site The web page at bc.game/en-US may be temporarily down or permanently moved to new address. ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE).

I tried using Tor browser but I see the same error, I would appreciate any help.

I don't have any problem, the link you are trying to access is kind of mirrored to see the links that are accessible, I don't know what your problem is, but I can access it here sometimes some domains are blocked by my government so I changed the DNS and everything is accessible, I thought you could try updating your browser to see if all is well.

If you have updated your browser and managed to access it, it means that the problem is with your browser or it could be that your government is blocking the bcgames site so you can't access it, try using a VPN if it can be accessed maybe you need another way to access it, I play this gambling game with a domain bc.co because the other domains are difficult to access unless I set up my browser's DNS.

Sending more documents won't help you to get your winnings as they have voided your bets. There are several rules in their sports terms for voiding the bets. BTW, betting site returns the deposited fund in such situation. Didn't they refund your deposited funds?

You may create a Scam Accusation against them here in the forum. But submitting a complaint in Askgamblers will be better in that case. Betting site doesn't share the sensitive details in a public forum, but they will do that in the mediation center.

Exactly, they voided the bets, so you haven't won or lost any money. I have had the same many times that a bookmakers voided the bets for various reasons and there is nothing you can really do about it. I am wondering if a scam accusation is necessary if he hasn't lost any money.
Even though the funds are refunded how justifiable it is for a casino to void a bet because in most cases that have been raised in this forum all point to the fact that the user is already in a winning position before their bets are voided and this is a clear sign of abuse in the player because those bets won't be voided if it has not won and the casino is in winning,  quite alright to see the voiding of a bet if the player is found to be abusing the casino through the use of bots but aside from that if the casino has taken that action as against the will of the player it may result into abuse of the players right most especially if it not covered in the TOS of the casino.

I'm getting the same error message when I'm trying to access BC.game via 'bc.game/en-US'. If you aren't from any restricted country, then try to access the site after clearing your browser cache and history. Try with the mirror link of BCgame if you still face the issues.

I just tried it and had no issues to visit the site or logging in when typing in bc.game. Try to clean your cache and cookies and try again. If still not working, google bc.game mirror sites and try to access the site through a mirror link.

Everything is working well for me these days... I mostly play ELK slots, I am hooked on Pirots, Cygnus 2, Nitropolis 4, Wild Toro 2, Propaganda, and a few others. Smiley

By the way, I am missing that Egyptian... I loved playing it.
