Hello everyone, before using this platform, please take a look at the scam community. Their shadows are everywhere.

Many user here including trusted member still doesn’t experience any scam accusation so concluding that they are scam in general just because they are having some issue on other user is really unfair. They just need to become more active here to address all the problem because they become silent since last month.

I’m not playing anymore on this casino but I don’t encounter problem here when playing. Not saying that other issue is not valid concern but rather BC still doesn’t give their response on the cases here in the forum.

They should take action or response because BC.GAME and the complainant agreed to a third party mediation and both of them showed their evidences but unfortunately BC.GAME loss in this case, the gambling community are watching and waiting for their action we can say that this is a valid complaint and the complainant deserves the money and he should be awarded, if they failed then Casino.guru will give them a bad rating of course flags will be flying on the profile of this casino, they may have a huge budget in marketing but if they've received very low rating on these review sites that budget will not convert to leads.

BC.game is currently now online and probably read all the discussions here and all the acrive scam accusation. I think they are trying to become as silent as possible since they have their own reason to ignore the casino guru decision since they have their own protocol base on the management decision.

I think they are just taking their time on how to handle all this accusations but let’s just wait for their response before we can brand them as scammer since this active scam accusation cases is just isolated cases that is not happening to everyone here.

I'm sure they are reading all these discussion I did not brand them as a scammer not yet supported the flag all I ask them to IS keep their reputation intact is to take action because they do not have control on people who will rate them and support the flag, even if this case is an isolated case its one isolated case that will harm their reputation because that what you called an isolated case is under mediation and they lose the case.
The ball is in their hands right now I hope they make the right decision I have some friends playing here also.

I'd say there's a good chance the company is taking some time to think through how to respond.  Cant blame them for not firing back right away.  Better to gather all the facts and perspectives first than risk saying something they'll regret and  who knows - maybe they're even doing some internal searching about the actions that led to this.  Either way, I think we should hold off on judgments until they've had a fair shake to tell their side.

All big casinos have a lot of complaints, the bigger they are more people are trying to exploit it. I never had any problems with BC, and I can't complain about them. But I think that they should be more active here and they need to address some cases, why they are not doing that I can't say. Maybe they will show up here and give some explanations... many of us are waiting for that.

Stake also had a time where we've seen 5-10 scam accusation posts and then Stuna replied to one of them and that showed what was really behind all this. Whilst it's important to attend and respond to many accusations as possible, you need to also appreciate there are lots of scammers trying to take advantage of the sites - from our experience, as users, we placed a $5k bet on the NBA with BCGame, if it won the $10k withdrawal would be processed instantly.

But you see users with an issue of $3k withdrawal being flagged, so it's not the amount, it's what the user is doing.

Now how many resources they choose to dedicate to these scammers and to respond to accusations on so many forums e.g. Bitcointalk, AskGamblers, CasinoGuru - it's up to them.

But Stake has also stopped responding to some scammers here and it brought "quiet" in the forum where you barely see accusations against them, genuine users with genuine issues must receive responses, but when bad guys take advantage of it - that creates a problem for everyone, that's the main issue here. Nonetheless we also asked BCGame to share some insights here and respond, but please take what we say into consideration as well.

Really I have seen many complain on this casino and not one or two but many and yet people are still saying they are Trustworthy and when recommending for good casinos I normally see BC. Game. Like what you have said, this kind things is not too good for a casino Company because it is a public entertainment center and I know you are not saying because you wanted to but because of their  inability to resolve your case resulted it to this level and this is not good for their image and reputation in the forum and beyond. Similar as you, I didn’t had any issues with them in the past but been a while since I last made a withdrawal also. Some cases need their attention and need to be solved as it is not looking good for their reputation if they don’t handle the cases in a good way.

This situation is very odd and from what I have gathered from your post here, we owe you an apology. This is not by any means a standard response our CS should give. I have to look into the matter as this is the first I am hearing about it. If everything you posted, including the screenshots are real then I assure you that we will make this right. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

After months of trying to get my justice and despite a literal promise of their representative on here (see quote above) they just confiscate my funds.

As an experienced and long-time gambler I have never seen once-respected sportsbook/casino act in this unethical way. I advice everyone to stay away from BC.game since if they can do this to me, they can do it to everyone.

Also they have 130 complaints against them on Casino Guru, of which even 10 in this month October alone: https://casino.guru/complaints/all

I hope your case can be resolved and you can take your rights/money. The red sign for BC.Game, after 1xbit which is the trauma of casino customers, this has indeed become very alarming for gamblers, it is important to see the reputation and recording of the journey of a casino because it will harm us.

It’s very rare for a casino to resolve case like this that they already marked as resolved by walking away on casino guru. I never see a casino overturn their decision on this kind of case because they have their own way on following their ToS on dealing with customers issue.

His only chance is to get the attention of Bc representative here since they still have a solid reputation here even with multiple scam accusations ongoing with proof.

Thank you to update your case of friends, this will be an important learning in the forum that they commit fraud, I don't understand why this happens, even though what I know is that BC.Game is a large enough casino but they are a fraudsters who steal the money of their customers.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention" and then after it NEVER responds anymore in here then we all know what his assurances are worth for the future.

From what I see they won't look into your case anymore, this becomes more confirmed because OP has been on the forum and hasn't responded to your complaints
You are right that BC.Game's representative is actively with log in but did not make any reply in Bitcointalk recent weeks. They no longer reply on any accusation includes this case. I can not know they are right and accusations against them are valid or not but with their latest activities, at least they no longer care about those cases. Maybe in their vision, they already considered those cases as Closed / Solved.

I see the user has habit to try using many casinos and after a while, with some withdrawals, he got troubles and not all cases he received all money back. I don't know why he would prefer to take so much risk this way. If he has good gambling skills, he can win on big and trusted casinos and will not have withdrawal problems.

From what I see they won't look into your case anymore, this becomes more confirmed because OP has been on the forum and hasn't responded to your complaints and from what I could read in the scam accusation thread that you created, askgamblers also sided with this casino, so the best option for you would be to forget about that casino and not use them anymore. Also from now on, be more careful with new casinos and avoid putting a lot of money in a single casino because when you put a lot of money in a single casino and the casino blocks you then you will lose everything.

I hope you forget about them, so you can at least rest, wasting your time with this casino will not solve your case, for them the case is closed and they will not go back on the decisions they make. just see that in recent days they have had many accusations of scams on trustpilot and even though their representative on trustpilot is active, the answers they have given do not seem to me to be convincing that they will resolve people's complaints on trustpilot. so forget this casino and choose other good old casinos

I have seen it, in my opinion your funds are very large, so I think it would be better for you to show proof of your ownership, traces of transactions and all kinds of things so that your argument is more credible for many people to consider here. Maybe including some screenshots of your accusations would be much better than just writing a complaint.
I see your point regarding credibility on the forum, however, if you read the askgamblers complaint, the casino has not questioned any of the info I posted. That should be worth something.

I still didn't expect it to happen like this, as far as I know BC, gaming is a very large platform and is well known as a fairly good casino in many communities, after many cases that have been reported on the forum have not been resolved by BC.Game, I feel disappointed with their performance has become this slow.
