Your live support is a BIG JOKE, they almost never reply. When they do respond, they copy and paste a stupid message and immediately disconnect without addressing your matter. You will lose all players if you continue like this.

I don't know how inactive their support has become lately but if the live support becomes inactive it points to a high priority that the casino is placing all attention on the game system without taking care of the player's needs and demands,  but I am not sure if BC.GAME support is truly inactive,  but I saw that Icopress just posted their signature campaign and that shows that the casino is very much around.

Just like the other user has pointed out,  you should contact one of the team members and let them know what you are experiencing for possible help.

You understand the implications of your story, really! you could have contacted someone from support, who is supposed to be anonymous, for the security of the data they know, and apart from that you asked for help offline, lol.

Both are violating the rules, I don't know if you understand the complexity of what you are mentioning, and we fall into a gray area, and what the people who work in support represent in the reality of security and why KYc is not a problem in itself for the KYc if not for that type of situation that you mention.

In my case, for now, and I have known bc.game for about three years, I have never had a negative experience, if this were to happen, I will surely be on this thread and/or reputation stating it, it is something normal, and in fact, it is one of the escape way, but whenever a user has the supports, requirement without ecuanon, we will be attentive.

But they have solved the error which had happened on the verification page. The user (mumu68) has uploaded his identity documents and waiting for the decision of BC.game team. The KYC verification is a systematic process, and the process takes a few days to weeks to be completed in every casino. In the meantime, the casino team will also investigate on the user betting activity to clear their doubts.

When support acts unprofessional and abandoned a player then many players starts to complain everywhere and the forum is not a different place too. Despite sending them ALL the requested documents, my account still continues to remain in "Security" mode when I am not allowed to withdraw my balance.
They do not give any information but only tell me to "Wait for the update"
But how is this even allowed? What rule did I even break? Nothing, they just don't want to payout money because I hit 2 lucky winners! How is this acceptable behaviour? It's only 3770$ anyway and part of it is my deposited money!

I am not really sure why it takes that long. you might need to lengthen your patience because you might need to wait for several days to weeks, etc... before your issue gets resolved.
KYC verification can be done immediately with software or can take longer time with manual verification or advanced KYC. Sometimes, if a casino want to do advanced KYC or if they want to be sure that one account does not try to pass KYC with suspicious activities that trigger KYC requirement from the casino, it will take longer time.

Expect the worst. Casino KYC is much longer to process compared to exchange KYC for an unknown reason. The fastest KYC verification that I experienced is a week and the longest waiting time is 2 weeks. 24-48hrs waiting is for exchange KYC and not gambling.

It depends on their findings on your account. Typically, They will ask KYC then follow up with investigation since your account got KYC. Your account will be full restored if you didn’t do wrong. You just need a lot of patience on this waiting time.

I managed to successfully upload the correct information now which is VERY intrusive and privacy concerning to begin with
1. Front + back of ID
2. Selfie holding ID + text about BC Game
3. Utility bill

BC.GAME is trying to SCAM ME. I deposited about 2k usdt, I took 2 bets in live sports and now they are refusing to payout. Live chat does not answer, no reply on emails either. Discord link doesn't allow to get in!
