To be fair, BC did not mark anything as solved, AG did, based on the latest development where they paid dplay's initial deposit, unilaterally in USDT although dplay requested it to be in BTC. In reflect to this, as well as by dplay's wish, the case itself was "marked" as partially solved in my summary.

I respect your opinion BitcoinGirl.Club. I cannot imagine anything good about the BC game anymore after seeing their shady behavior for a long time just like you cannot tolerate cases of Rollbit. Did you see this development yet? BC game marked this case as solved, but the accuser did not receive his winnings. Moreover, he lost 1.25 Bitcoin due to price fluctuations. All his winnings were void and they agree to return his deposit amounts only. But they offered him 124000 USDT instead of Bitcoin which was the value when he deposited. Nice to see they came up with a new account to solve these things.

That's your unpopular personal opinion. I believe most people suggest not playing in such a casino even if they solve all the issues after all these dramas. It's not like we saw this kind of accusation last week or month. They have been like this for a long time but the good thing was they were listening to forum members back then.

As of now, they barely care about forum reputation. If they do, there is no reason for a casino to speak nothing in the last two months. Even if they solve all the issues, I don't think players will ever trust them. At least I won't.

I don’t agree, if they are to solve all the issues in a good way, than I don’t see any reason to not play on the site anymore. Any gambling site will have some difficult moments and if they can overcome those, than I would give them a second chance.

I highly doubt they will pay  , if this happens, they did realize why it is commonly said, and we are advised to be careful of what we say or wish for, for we might just get it, or it may just come to pass.

A casino that is not able to pay gamblers their big winnings, how possible is it that they wil be able to pay a big bounty, to the tone of 100 ETH?  Absolutely impossible and I did say that its only a crazy person who would believe such claim from a casino like this, with such a bad reputation, it is likely that in every thing a casino like this says, 99 percent Is likely a lie.

I don't think bug hunters will bother to find loopholes or if one finds loopholes he expects to get paid, I read that they cannot or don't want to pay one complainant who won a mediation case against BC.GAME and there are many more valid complaints, before anything else they should first fix their reputation.

I guess you already understand that this casino has some Darkside. Imagine there are no efialtis and their support does not answer the victims for two months! Would you suggest players play on such a platform?

Even if they solve all the issues now, I believe they will solve the accusations with a small amount and the accusations with a bigger amount will remain unsolved. They will solve some of them because they want to fix their reputation. Even if they solve all of them, I won't suggest anyone play on such a platform. It's a BIG NO from me.

One accuser posted that they have a change of management but this is just rumor, on some of the sites I'm working on I've often see their banners they really have massive advertisement, they invested heavily on massive advertisement outside of this forum, but failed to address the concern of many accusers the tag on their announcement thread is now similar to 1xbit, here in Bitcointalk they have the same status.

This, I believe is exactly what efialtis advised you, and you did, and even though you are still in loss, the loss is no longer as big as it was before, as it is commonly said that half bread is better than no bread at all.

Anyways, it's very unfortunate that bc.game choose this route, this casino, like I said before used to be one of the most reputation here, it's very surprising how they changed in such a short time, I hope gamblers start avoiding this casino, so we don't have such experiences again.

In the end I've received USDT124k. Even when we agreed for all bets to be deemed void and my deposit to be refunded, they decided to pay out not BTC (which I deposit and played) but USDT value of BTC, which is of course much more convenient for them considering how much BTC has jumped in value over the last month or so. Looking at todays rate that's another 1.25 BTC they've stolen from me.

I accepted the offer to be paid in USDT after consulting with efialtis and heeding his advice to take what's on the table. I'd like to thank him here as well as it seems they reactivated the AG complaint on 2 occasions I asked him to contact the casino for me.

At one point I was willing to go the legal route as some people I'm friends with from the industry claimed to know the right lawyers for the job. However after considering the state of the casino and all the red flags (casino rep not active on the forum anymore, account blocks, KYC taking months, unresponsive CS, extremely generous loyalty scheme, unable to make good on resolved disputes, refusing to pay out big winners, a huge number of complaints on AG and CG to name a few) I deemed it highly likely that they are having solvency issues and might not be around for as long as it takes for an international lawsuit to bear fruit. Honestly, at this point I'm happy to have gotten anything out.

I consider this casino to be a 100% scam. Small time players might still be okay to play for a while, as it's typical for a casino going under to refuse payouts to the few biggest winners in order to keep afloat. In this context high stakes players are the canary in the coal mine.

I haven't posted in Gambling threads for a couple of weeks now. I am surprised that the Flags against BC game is active now. I have never been in favor of them. Most users in this thread and their signature participants trolled the accuser. They thought every accuser was an abuser because they were newbies.

I have spoken against BC game several times because I have seen how unfair they were with their players. Especially when players contact support about their issues, they respond quickly, then take five minutes, ten, twenty, and then a day to respond. After a period, they do not respond anymore. It is high time for Efialtis to level them as scammers!

That is right he cannot be held countable for what the admins of BC games have done or not done. It is their job to respond to the accusation rather than dragging a person who runs an affiliate website. That's true. That's what he did to BetFury when they severely reduced his affiliate commissions by leaving them a scathing review until they eventually relented.

At the end of the day efialtis is only a person who has affiliates on the website through his website BTCGOSU. He has no control of whether they pay or not. He can try to get a response from their rep and ask them to post here, but cannot force them. About the only action he can take is removing them from his website and labeling them a scam which at this point any added pressure might be the path to take.

I would love to see Efialtis his opinion on the issues we are having. I have reached out to him in the BTCGOSU thread so hopefully he can take a look at the cases and maybe help to resolve them.
