Trustpilot isn't a mediator, it is just a public review site. And anyone can say anything there without providing any valid proof. Most of the user doesn't go back into Trustpilot after submitting a bad review against a casino. They don't even change the rating when their issues are resolved. You have to check the complaints about a casino in the meditation center (Askgamblers, Casino Guru, etc.) to know how the casino team is taking care of the real issues.

I don't have any problems with bc game and I can say that this js just pure troll without evidence that they didn't pay. I don't know if you get me wrong. I never received a quick response from them. As I already said, if I knock on their live support ten times, In most cases, they don't respond in 30 minutes. I never triggered for a KYC, so I have nothing to do with that. Whenever I had questions or my withdrawal was stuck, I had to ask my friend if it was her duty time; she helped me. Once, she asked to apply for a position on their website while they were recruiting. I had recorded a video describing everything and emailed them; I never heard back from them. I don't know how inactive their support has become lately but if the live support becomes inactive it points to a high priority that the casino is placing all attention on the game system without taking care of the player's needs and demands,  but I am not sure if BC.GAME support is truly inactive,  but I saw that Icopress just posted their signature campaign and that shows that the casino is very much around.

Both are violating the rules, I don't know if you understand the complexity of what you are mentioning, and we fall into a gray area, and what the people who work in support represent in the reality of security and why KYc is not a problem in itself for the KYc if not for that type of situation that you mention.

In my case, for now, and I have known bc.game for about three years, I have never had a negative experience, if this were to happen, I will surely be on this thread and/or reputation stating it, it is something normal, and in fact, it is one of the escape way, but whenever a user has the supports, requirement without ecuanon, we will be attentive.

But they have solved the error which had happened on the verification page. The user (mumu68) has uploaded his identity documents and waiting for the decision of BC.game team. The KYC verification is a systematic process, and the process takes a few days to weeks to be completed in every casino.
