Coming back to this case unfortunately. Still after over 220$ in bets, rollover was 10x, I am at over 44X, my small bonus is still locked.
Host is pretending to understand and help but for 3.5 days there is only nonsense coming from her, as always.
So last night I made a small test bet of 3.1$ . And guess what, only 1.55$ of this bet were registered for the wager requirement of the rollover. Before the rollover was at 43.13$, now it's at 44.68$, exactly half my bet size more. 
Since on the first day I made a 126$ bet I have the strong suspicion they first of all only take 50% of your bet size for the rollover but also cap it at max 20$.
Meaning, even if you bet 1000$, only 20$ go towards the rollover. If you bet 10$ then 5$ will go to the rollover. This is clearly false advertisement since it states 10x rollover, nothing else. If only 50% of your wager actually count then this is a 20x rollover requirement obviously. Of course the cap of around 20$ makes it even worse.

I have searched anywhere in the rules, TOS and whatever and this "rule" is nowhere to be found. I am sure even the hosts, live support and discord mods aren't even aware about this since nobody has an explanation

No, I am not thinking of going pro like them because I realize that I do not have a good skill to playing poker. I still need to learn more about poker and how to bluff the other players which will need more time. The problem is that my gmail was hacked so the hacker got acces through login on gmail and then added the info before i could it happened a while back and alrdy reported it to support then but no action was taken

First time the hacker withdrew my funds and then self excluded and support didnt wanna help at all eventhough it wasnt me that put it on

Now after it i reported the matter again and they blocked my account but there hasnt been a response on what i can do now for 3 weeks and they dont reply to my email
