Some what similar situation happened when my fellow Indians were trying to access the casino using the url bc.game. As I being an Indian but living in a different state of India argued that it might be an ISP issue. Whereas they confirmed it it was not and that is why everyone suggested to use the mirror links.


You will never find out the right reason but I suspect it might be something to do with the IP address. Sometimes in third world countries ISPs allocate the same IP address but the location tends to be different. It is not easy to give an answer to such a question, because from a legal point of view, if you cannot access the website via the main link, you get a message that it is not possible due to a restriction - and then you are actually knowingly breaking that ban by using a mirror link.

I don't know what happens when the person using the mirror link needs to do KYC, and he/she is in a country that is on the banned list?

That's the dumbest idea that government can do. They did it in my country but the internet is still full of local casino advertisements and the government can't control it. It is a real deal to me! I did not have any personal or professional issue with that guy. Such kind of of mistake with the url might lead to issues.
