I have never had problems with verification using my ID card in any casino or financial institution, both local and international.
Which casino or financial institution has accepted your residence permit as the citizenship verification? Residence permit can be considered as the proof of address, not the proof of citizenship. You have to provide a government ID to pass the verification, don't address the residence permit as an ID card. In the KYC verification guideline, BC.game is asking for "a Valid Government-Issued ID". You can't pass this verification with the residence permit on any casino. You may check the guideline here: A Detailed Guide to KYC Verification

I left corresponding reviews in the profiles of representatives on this forum. If the issue is resolved in my favor, I will delete them. Trust summary for BC.GAME and   Trust summary for BC.Game Support
You have to request them properly to look into your issue by sending a personal message. You are trying to blackmail them instead of doing a polite request.

People need to know what problems they may encounter at this casino! Let's hope bc.game will learn from my situation and improve at least something.

I have already written many emails to support at bc.game - there has been no response. Here on the forum I wrote to two representatives, the first one replied
so that I could write to the second. As a result, the second representative did not answer me at all. What are you talking about?

I can delete my reviews at any time, bc.game has a lot to strive for to make the best crypto casino. Who regulates them for checking documents?
It would be a different matter if there was no ID card when choosing a document to check, but only a passport and driver’s license. The first time
I encountered my document was when it was not accepted and it was strange for me.

Of course I had a passport, it expired. In the European Union, it is enough to move around using an ID card. I don't travel, I don't need a passport.
A very strange casino, always and everywhere accepted my ID card, but here they don’t want to accept it.

My understanding is that different platforms use different KYC providers — it would be the same for BcGame. That said, it would ultimately depend of their KYC provider and what is allowed / not allowed. I find that passport is dominantly for all KYC will recommend just getting the passport if it's imperative that you do so.

I have been in your situation before and I just had to do the needful and get the needed documents. Alternatively, contact BcGame support in live chat to explain your situation. It doesn't always work but lady luck might smile on you.

I explained it on the forum and in casino support. My ID card always and everywhere passes as a document for identity verification. Formally, this can be called a residence permit document and identification card.
Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania are countries where many stateless non-citizens live and I only have an ID card and it is valid throughout the European Union.

Since it expired and you want to renew it - will it be that difficult to do?

In your previous post - you stated that your balance is 144 euro and the cost getting the ID is 45 Euro since you’ll still have some money left after getting it (144 - 45), I will advice you just go ahead and get the ID required to get your KYC done and put an end to all these drama.

Since you made it know that your permit was rejected we have been going through a cycle of same response and I’m sure if this conversation continues nothing new will come from it and in the end the solution that was suggested at the start of the discussion will still be the one that will be used.

I have never had problems with verification using my ID card in any casino or financial institution, both local and international.

Now I have 133 euros on my balance (I didn’t play, this is a coupon for the missing balance of 144 dollars). Withdrawal is available only for crypto.
When I try to withdraw 133 euros on USDT TRC20, it shows 129 USD minus all commissions! How do you like this commission?

I can get a passport, it costs 45 euros, are BC.game ready to pay the cost of the fee?
That means you never had a passport from your home country? Have you also never traveled? Even in the EU you need a passport if you cross the border into another EU country, Schengen agreement or not.
You can hardly charge BC.Game for the costs, and the fact that someone doesn't have a passport is probably an absolute exception.

Do you have an EU driver's license? This would most likely also be accepted.

We have different rules for every casino as few are accepting my ID card and few are not accepting this as they needed Passport and few other documents, so I can't be complaint about this with if I am happy to provide all required things then surely I have to go ahead and if I am not happy with this I have to leave this place and check for any other which is better for me also have accepting documents which I am happy to provide them.
This is matter of mutual understanding so just read and fill all things otherwise stop this all and leave the site if you are feeling not happy.

The support team is stubborn and doesn’t want to accept my document (ID card). Since when is an official document (even if marked “residence permit” not a state document)?
I am not a citizen of my country, I wrote above why this is so. For the first time I see that my document was not accepted for the strange reason “residence permit”.

Bcgame should pay for the cost of you getting an ID for yourself? I haven’t heard that kind of thing in my entire life before.

This is not going to happen, you have to attach the requested documents Markk1, it's obvious that you're trying to get around the rules, but it doesn't work that way. Some rules are strict and we have to follow them, the only way to get around them is to get approval from the BC team, but I doubt they are willing to do something like that.

By the way, I have seen many different requests and claims, but this is definitely one of the craziest.

Despite that you've covered your face, I'd advise you to remove this picture and edit that post of yours.

You gave him good advice, I don't know why he even shared it here with us...

You should read everything mate.
He wrote "Are you seriously? This is an Estonian ID card. This is not my document, from Google photo (I have the same ID card). This is a European document that is valid in the European Union!"

In other words, this picture is not his ID, he found it on google.

But anyway, his complaint doesn't really have merit for the already mentioned reasons.

I'll wait until tomorrow. If my documents are not accepted, I will write appropriate reviews in the profiles of representatives on this forum.

It’s not their problem if you can’t provide the documents which the casino accepted. Submit the proper documents before you file a complaint about your KYC.
When I've said that I am hoping that it gets resolved soon. Well, that hope has changed already and lost a bit of it if he can't provide the requirements of other IDs for his KYC. But I am still in the hope that he can get his other IDs to provide to the support but giving reviews to the casino when the problem is that you can't provide what they're asking isn't going to solve that either.

It’s already been decided, if you keep on submitting the permit despite being rejected before you’ll only end up wasting your time.

I’m sure anyone who’s going to read your review won’t side with you - because you were given a simple take which was to complete your kyc verification and until you can complete it your account still remains there (with the funds intact) - meaning if it takes you up to 2 months to get the required id you’d still come back to meet your account.

I wrote everything above about citizenship.

Still that can't stop you from getting a passport, which would be a form of identification they accept.

But anyway, if you can't provide another form of ID that's you problem actually, as Coin_trader has stated.

By the way, there is a way to obtain citizenship, Wikipedia states:

Quote
After independence in 1991, the Estonian government granted Estonian citizenship to the persons who resided in the country before its annexation by the Soviet Union in 1940, as well as to their descendants. Those who could not prove that or arrived after 1940 and their children born in Estonia or elsewhere could acquire Estonian citizenship on condition that they be proficient in the Estonian language and know the country's history. But about 125,000 people (most but not all of whom were Russian speakers) who failed the tests or refused to take them have become stateless, or “non-citizens”, who hold a grey passport. Tens of thousands have opted for the red Russian passports proposed by Moscow. After a change in the law in 1995, all children born in Estonia after 1992 may obtain Estonian citizenship subject to certain conditions.[1]

If you live there for at least 32 years you should speak the language and know some of the history I suppose.

That's the thing, I am not a citizen of the country in which I was born! This is normal practice in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. I was born in the Soviet Union (USSR) in Estonia before 1992.
Therefore, I do not have citizenship in Estonia. Anyone born after 1992 automatically receives Estonian citizenship.

This explanation still doesn’t make sense, you can always request a citizenship ID if you are living on a country for a long time. There’s a lot of way to get an ID from different government sector like passport, drivers license, etc. This ID is not that hard to get if you are a real citizen of that country.

For 5 days they could not resolve the issue of missing USD fiat and money. As a result, they gave a code for 144 dollars in the form of EUR fiat and again problems.
It would have been easier to charge it in crypto and I would have withdrawn it calmly without any problems.

I'm from the EU. ID card of a new format.
Here is the response from live support: Since we no longer accept residence permit, please upload id card, passport, or visa.
You have the residence permit of EU only (from Estonia government). It means you aren't a citizen of EU. Since how long you are living in Estonia? You should have a passport or visa from your own country as you are not a citizen of the EU. At least you should have a government provided ID card of your own country. BCgame wants to verify your citizenship through a document which they have requested.
