I think there are enough trusted exchanges now. it's just that, many people are exchanging in a personal way, and this is quite dangerous. well, I found this on social media. in this case, I sometimes choose friends that I know and trust. this is good enough to avoid risk.
yeah before i heared it from my friend, he said if he deposit on some ETH on some exchange and then ETH is never come on it.
he asking on manager of that exchange and manager it said if exchange under maintenance.
and the next day he get ban on it and his account is gone.
but i don't know what the name of that exchange, my friend is not tell the name.
Your friend is got scammed or he did tried something ilegal in that exchange. It doesn't make sense to his account got dissappear and how did he know he got a ban?he asking on manager of that exchange and manager it said if exchange under maintenance.

With the proliferation of exchanges here and there, there are many risks that comes with it. Vulnerability of the Exchange security is a major issue as hacks are All around waiting to prey on next victim
Also many fake volume exist which may mislead users to believe more than what is obtained. In all one has to research before committing funds to unknown exchange

That startegy is old for me because they have incidents like that they email you and by clicking the link their provide they get your information even your password don't trust easily protect yourself from the hacker.
Avoid doing the same thing as other traders did, they're risking themselves over dangerous phishing sites that could steal their private keys. Most of the fake exchange sites was the strategies of the phishers, and they used to carbon copy the site's appearance with some tricky letters added to their URL. Everybody should be aware of this and this wouldn't be tolerated, because your thousands or million worth asset might be gone in one glance when sudden attack will happen.

For those of you traders, please be careful with fake exchanges, because I found a VERY SAME exchange that makes no difference at all like the exchange on EtherDelta, the fake exchange link that I saw I got from my Gmail inbox, which message it was contains about giving tokens like AIRDROP, and there I am given a registration form link and in the form there is a fake EtherDelta link, and this is the link http://EtherDelta.website, and this is the original EtherDelta link https://etherdelta.com/. There is no difference at all in the two exchanges, the images, features and others are exactly the same, so please be careful.

I don't get it why you did not notice the website address? Maybe you are a newbie at all but even in my bank online transaction, I often get advisory like this to prevent phishing. And second, never ever do open your account on any link that wants you to sign in. Most phishing scams always involve lucky prizes won or they need you to immediately change your password for enhanced security.

unfortunately phishing sites are well masked, even when you type in a search engine exchange, in 1 place is most often phishing, so you need to double-check the links or save in a notebook on your computer.
With any exchanges you need to take precautions, because their centrality is a great opportunity for hackers to attack and steal user funds, the future is for decentralized, and best of all for hybrid
yep market like etherdelta who login with PK really need care about url of the website , just get one and all of your token will lose
Better use metamask wallet instead of risking your private be exposed to those decentralized exchange site like etherdelta or forkdelta. Personally, with previous experiences I wasn't having any token lose on these sites and it really went well trading the asset I had. Probably if such person encountered losing any tokens, well they've been a victim of fake exchanges which was phishing site. The recommendations of must be followed, so you'll prevent that to happen.

I know many of the community here warned those who are traders who imported their private key to etherdelta, due to is it too dangerous. It is because it is prone to hacker to steal your all coins in there, due to the access on which the hackers have it. But this section thread topic will also give anyhow a bit help to anyone.
the point is to be careful and not careless clicking on a link, always enter in bookmarks on any website that has become the main of your activity here so you don't need to trust any links you receive and always check the links properly before entering

etherdelta is famous to have a phishing website . if you are careless enough or too lazy to check the url , you will soon one of the victims but you can combat phished sites if ever you will start to bookmark the original site . using metamask is also a good addition for your security .on the other hand , fake exchanges can be easily identify with thier domain name and also on thier sites ui but please be careful using newer exchange as they are risky .

Yeah that's is truth there are so many fake exchange, people use it to get easy earnings they use their talent to take advantage for the people have ambitions to get quick rich. Mostly the victim of this bogus strategy is newbies so people out there have friends or relatives newly adopted in crypto wantb earn, give them an advance reminder to avoid this scenario.
