I agree, only those with much experience in crypto related investments know this wisdom. Many beginners think it that way having known that a lot of people have gained great wealth in cryptocurrencies but they are missing a very important point and that is TIME. But i'm positive that many of the newcomers will learn in time if they don't quit but rather continue to learn from their experiences and those of experts' advice. This thread is of great help indeed! I've been into that stage too but now I learn to relax, more vigilant in researching, invest money-not emotions and of course loving the word HOLD.

Yes i agree with you the project should take his time for developing, we shouldn't sell our altcoins in the beginning, personally I've never sell them in few days i wait always for 6 months minimum. I see a lot of members waiting for like 7 days and they didn't getting any profit..

Yeah youre right my friend i think 1 or 2 month is not enough to hold i guess it took almost half year or a year.Maybe it because pf the market but we cannot blame on those havent enough fund.thats why they sell there token immediately

HODL is the best strategy in cryptoworld... I had some big stakes of XEM and Ethereum to name just two, and sold everything too cheap... Let's see what is doing my stake of Tezos 
Patience is the most valuable feature for those who want to get profit in crypto! Even to be a profitable trader You just have to be patient to find the right time to get in and to sell at the higher price before it gets down once more! But the only thing that told You not to sell even if You miss the top of the wave is the experience to be patient!
Think this is a great point. Alot of success comes through patience. It takes multiple waves for a coin to take off. Even if your coin rises 10% it will hit sell walls and fall before spiking up again. If the market doesn't grow organically in this way then I would be even more terrified being in it. Slow growth is sustained growth

I absolutely agree with you. Patience is the key of success in every work and in Cryptocurrency,it is very much needed if u want to get profit.You have to embrace patience for make some success in your life through cryptocurrency.
I know people are impatient but you will get rewarded if you decide not to sell now. ETH is recovering and that means, alts should start rising too. If you dont need fiat desperately, i would suggest to hold your tokens.
That's seems to be normal for all persons involved in the ICO - be it investors or bounty hunters and they keep on whining most especially when the promised date of distribution of tokens are not realized on the slated date.
But what's more making them complain is when market price of the tokens has already decreased the moment they received the tokens because there are ICOs that prioritize the investors and be giving them early tokens than the bounty hunters so as to protect them from bounty hunters who will dump their tokens after the tokens are listed on the crypto exchange.
Instead of whining, why don't they just wait and HODL their tokens?

The right way to make a profit from investing is to wait at least six months or more to withdraw funds. This has been tested more than once. 
Let us not be greedy since being here means hard work from posting and rank up.If we are here just to get big profit then work harder because it is more harder now than before and wait.
Yes, I totally agreed to you. Profits are need to be patience. Many people that are complaining about the price of the coins and they think that they coins will be shutting down already. My advice is just be ptient not always complaint about the coins in telegram, twitter or in ann. It is making no sense that always complaining and people are being disrepectful because the coins are getting lower. It is a bad move to be a disrepectful and sellingg already your toke. I think the best way is to hold and wait about a months or years.
Investing your money in a market or business you don't know when and uncertain if it will gain profit is very risky. Before you invest your money study the market then you will never be that afraid of losing your investment. Bitcoim for me is a trusted coin, it is proven for how many years now based on what i have heard and read, bitcoin price increase its price even though it drops sometimes there always a high chance of it bouncing back higher. So i guess that is where your patience comes. If you trust in thr market or business you invest in be patient enough to earn you profit it is just a matter of time don't rush. Great things comes to those who patiently wait.

Yes its all a matter of patience, but how long does it takes? still there is no assurance even if you waited a long time for it. Still a risk is very high and you may ended up with nothing but hope. Not all become successful with just holding a coin.
At first it was very hard to make a profit faster and invest it again, but then I thought about what I can invest early and get a big profit, the main thing is not to wait and not be greedy 30-40% of the profit from the deposit is already good and more reliable
As you make profit, it's getting easier to make next profits. This is like being brave. When you don't have extra profit, you can act brave on the exchanges. When you get the profit, you are acting brave and getting more profit.
not all of them have to wait a long time sometimes for a short wait it has gained a lot of profits but if the long wait is felt the benefits can be higher again

In this business, the only way to get millions of profit on a day or week is when you are planning for the biggest scam which of course not good. No quick rich idea allowed here. I agree with you sir that they must wait when prices are low and true projects needs more time to develop and be appreciated by the community. Quick rich won't help the cryptocurrency image coz we need to see the real application of the blockchain system to our daily lives. Even bitcoin can't make you rich quickly, only the famous bitconnect scam can do that
patience is a virtue, there is a bigger reward if you wait for a longer time. maybe a 3 to 6 months waiting is enough for a big profit. there is a greater edge if you gain a lot of experience from the past mistakes of short term and impatient trading.this is what i learned from bounty rewards where i immediately traded the tokens i had without patiently waiting and have regrets afterwards due to increasing value in a months time.
