Many people like CoinMarketCap and I think they will not want to switch to a new site. It seems to me that CoinMarketCap has more possibilities for analyzing crypto-currencies and their estimates.
I don't like CMC or any other similar website. If you are looking to trade or buy to hold you should look at the price in the exchange you are going to buy. These kind of websites give you an average that is not always very accurate considering some exchanges have pretty big disparities in price so it's always better to look at the exchanges individually.
It's not that bad if you want to look at the whole market but the possibility of manipulation is a risk. It already happened when CMC removed the asian markets, don't remember which ones exactly, but that caused the average price to drop, even though the price was still the same and basically created a snowball and made the price tank for real.

Most of the time fake websites only sharing here and there. So users kindly check the review of the site and then invest on it bro.

Nice alternatives to coinmarketcap. But I guess I will fairly stick to cmc for now because I don't want to chance things around in my end. Usually that is the first thing I do when I woke up early in the morning, check the current price and see how it goes.
But I don't have anything against those other websites mentioned though, yes I would agree that they all look good and loads much faster as compare to cmc, but I guess I don't want to break my habit on going to cmc for the time being. Unless they go on a scam accusations of sort like patronizing scam ICO in their ads.

From my opinion, it's not easy beat CMC as they has been taking top place for some years become cryptocurrencies market tracking capitalization webs. So, just like you, i will visit CoinMarketCap as first place when checking current price updates on some market exchanges.

There are only few parameters that should be considered when comparing between 2 cryptocrurrnecy information sites: 1. How easy you can gather information from the site, 2. how the website handles manipulated markets such as OkEX and other future contracts markets that may affect the price and lead to price manipulation and how friendly to developers they are( how many requests can you do per minute and etc).Coinmarketcap is not answering any of this needs and I believe that it is just about time until we will find a strong replacement.

I use for a long time https://coinlib.io/. Real time data, various useful services and cool user interface. CMC owners only making money from advertising and do not care about contemporaneity

I am aware of both cryptocompare and coinmarketcap websites mate. Really both are linked mostly. Cryptocompare gives you out all the details about the in and out bitcoin investment to usage but cryptocompare will give you space to learn the live chart on every coins and very flexible one for any person.

I'm a freelance web designer and in my opinion, coinmarketcap is still far better than coinranker. Why?
The bolded text on the coin name, price, volume, supply and market cap doesn't help much. It just made the important information hard to read.

I think we need to use alternatives not for the design or bold texts,recently there were fake details were found in the coinmarket cap which is not acceptable in an reputable website because many people thinks that CMC manipulating the prices by giving the wrong details.So we can compare the details in two or more sites before investing or trading. Oh! Yeah! Like old habit die hard or that you don't try to change a habit while on old age. I'm also using cmc and satisfied with it for now, no reason to change.
