...Although it must be said that my interest was born quite late, I am still glad that it was not too late...

It's never too late to learn something new) Moreover, there are still many people around us who don't know anything about Bitcoin, but you don't be one of them already. And there will come a time when you will buy a small part of Bitcoin and become a holder, just like most of the forum participants.

For several days, I have been hearing a lot of buzz about Bitcoin on various online platforms and social media. Although I had no idea about Bitcoin,  so I didn't bother with it.
But one day, suddenly, after learning about the importance of Bitcoin from my friends, I became very interested in Bitcoin.
That's why, from now on, I want to know and learn more about Bitcoin. Although it must be said that my interest was born quite late, I am still glad that it was not too late.
I hope I can learn more about Bitcoin from this community, and the community will help me learn it.
You're welcome, actually you made a right decision coming here in search of knowledge about Bitcoin and secondly don't feel you're too late coming into Bitcoin because with the potential of Bitcoin I believe there is no wrong time in times of Bitcoin but what matters most is having the knowledge so here in this forum you will be inculcated about what you need to no on Bitcoin but first in a every platform or forum there bound to be rules that governce them which is applicable to this forum so do well to read forum rules and regulations, just like I always said on my other post about this forum, here is like a school of thought were as we have people with different knowledge perceptions, views and understanding about Bitcoin you could imagine the kind of knowledge you will be impacted on if you're willing to learn, so do well to read post in other to enhance your knowledge.

You are right, there is a saying that people used to say, It's better to learn slowly than to be left behind. I hope I wrote it right. But to clarify more I will add context too. This is if someone has adopted a new technology and learning slowly is better than the person who still has not adopted the technology and talking shit about it and keeps getting late. That's why the one who keeps getting late and when he adopts that technology all he left is some small pieces.

My country is the best example of it. We as a country adopt things when other countries leave those technologies by using them up and when they are fed up with that technology. Even now crypto is banned in our country and many other countries are getting benefits from it.
You wrote it correctly. Another word for what you mean is Let it be slow, as long as it arrives.
Learning things that are mandatory for me. It is not a problem and there is no such thing as being late in learning. In other words, learning is something that is done to learn something from not knowing to becoming knowing.
Times keep changing. Knowledge must also change. Knowledge about Bitcoin for those who are new to it must be used as new knowledge to be studied properly and correctly. Of course, it's never too late for people who want to learn about bitcoin thoroughly.

The issue of prohibition is better placed in another section and studying bitcoin in detail must be prioritized because bitcoin is not a crime tool but rather a technology that makes it easier.

Welcome to the rat hole, as some would say. It's good that you have an interest in bitcoin, and you are also lucky to be on the forum, because if you are dedicated to learning more about bitcoin, you will definitely gain a lot of knowledge about it right here on the forum and from the link to contents that will be shared here for you to read. Like the Jameson Lopp, Bitcoin Resources

You are not late to bitcoin, but to surf through, you must also learn to take your security and privacy very seriously. There is an investment rule for bitcoin that states, "Never store your bitcoin on a centralized exchange or any other centralized platform." Store your bitcoin in a self-custodial wallet. One of the best bitcoin mobile wallets is BlueWallet, and for Windows, you can go with the Electrum wallet.

That's why, from now on, I want to know and learn more about Bitcoin. Although it must be said that my interest was born quite late, I am still glad that it was not too late.

It's never too late if OP wants to invest in bitcoin. Because as long as bitcoin still exists, the opportunity to invest and make profits also still exists. So OP, don't feel like it's too late to invest in bitcoin. Because basically, in Bitcoin investment, it doesn't matter who invests first and who invests late. But the bottom line, anyone who wants to invest in bitcoin, anytime, anywhere, everything remains the same. Most importantly, when you want to invest in bitcoin, don't forget to study the knowledge first. Because even though Bitcoin investment looks simple. For example, buying bitcoin and storing it in a wallet. But in reality, to avoid fraud and loss. There are many things to learn first.

And the OP entry into the BTT forum is a very appropriate action. Because OP can see for himself, when OP creates a thread related to the decision to invest in bitcoin. There are lots of members on this forum who will directly provide guidance and advice to you. So this will definitely make it easier for OP to learn about bitcoin investment. For this reason, don't waste this opportunity and be enthusiastic about learning it.

Then if OP wants to see a brief history of bitcoin, from when it was first created until now, OP can read it in this link.

You already got several suggestions from other community members, which would be tough for you to maintain. I want to tell you that you don't have to learn many things at once to start using Bitcoin. You have to understand the basic usage of Bitcoin and how to keep it secure, how not to get hacked, how not to get scammed, which wallet you should use, and you are good to go. Now, if you want to know which is the most suitable time to buy Bitcoin. The answer is nobody knows. The dollar cost average system is the most popular method to buy Bitcoin. So, if you are planning to invest a thousand dollars in Bitcoin, start buying $100 Bitcoin for the next ten weeks. Or you can start buying $50 Bitcoin for the next 20 weeks.  Get help from Google, Youtube and ChatGPT and ofcourse from this forum.

Good Luck!

I mean it was never too late to start your cryptocurrency journey for sure, there are always going to be opportunities in the market to invest if you really want to, It was a cycle so it might take a long time but there are opportunities to buy Bitcoin and cryptocurrency. But in my opinion, this is already a good time to invest since the market is still sustained at a certain market price there was no kind of hype in the market and probably 26k$ around that price is still a good market price to invest in cryptocurrency even though it was already a big amount of money to most of the investors.

You are already here in the forum, this was probably the best website where you could learn Bitcoin and cryptocurrency since there are a lot of experienced members here who could easily help you and suggest your problems about your cryptocurrency journey. You could pretty much ask them about their suggestions something like how you could start your investment on Bitcoin and what are the strategy that you could use as well.

Thank you so much for coming here, but you are in the media You must have heard about the get rich quick thing just when you came back as you have heard the rumors so for now you should keep your dream of getting rich first get the broad knowledge here and be patient Work patiently then your return will come back as golden time in your life, and you will be able to blow away all the virtues and see them that my hope was successful.Since you understood and came now show your talent they thank you.
It seems that you are struggling to understand the main context of the post. But I can enlighten it more, actually, you are shedding light on the importance of getting knowledge first instead of getting motivated by some media influencers and directly playing by those influencers. Twitter, aka X, is full of such influencers, and Instagram is also full of them. The best thing is to avoid taking direct action on their words and try to think before making anything.

I recently made a post in which the OP was saying that we should avoid impulsive buying and selling, and he made a good point that we all should follow. It seems like an obvious thing, but many people, mostly newbies, avoid that and try not to think before taking any trade.

The same rule applies here, which is that we should think before getting into the words of some influencers and doing some dumb shit because they have their own objective behind making these statements and we have our own objective behind taking trades.

Welcome to the bitcoin forum.

Late compared to people who already know Bitcoin, but for me it's not too late compared to people who have never known and have no intention of learning Bitcoin.

You are right, there is a saying that people used to say, It's better to learn slowly than to be left behind. I hope I wrote it right. But to clarify more I will add context too. The word that you said was too late to learn about Bitcoin is the same as I was late in reading this topic because I was the 18th person to respond to this topic before there will be other people who might respond here besides you as the topic creator.
You are not the 18th person to respond on this thread, instead after OP's post, you are the 20th person who made a post on this topic.

Learning bitcoin is not difficult like learning the hardest thing you have ever experienced.
Bitcoin will provide convenience for those of us who have it. Many links and learning spaces are ready to make you understand Bitcoin. Don't be lazy about reading.
Most people become lazy and think that they will read these links and articles preferred by others, when they have some time and in the end they don't read them and ignore them.

Interest can also reduce and be extinguished, the interest needed to continue a new learning process is even sometimes more than the interest needed to start. A person may be interested in learning about bitcoins and cryptocurrency when they have no good information about it, but sometimes when they start learning and discover how much they do not know, they can become discourage to continue learning. If you have the interest in bitcoins, the next step is to maintain that interest so you can learn more.

Interest could be converted to profitable activity that's why newbies should be consistent on learning and they should not focus on how they can earn since it can only disturb their thinking then maybe they think that its so hard to earn on crypto. To many ways to earn and it just we need to find our niche so that we can focus on that area and deal with clients which need our service. Also if we gain reputation to be a good worker for sure many projects will come on our way.

First of all most welcome on this forum and welcome to the Bitcoin community. I hope you will find your way around by spending (I think investing will be wise to say) sometimes on BTT and on reading useful content. The point is, As the internet is full of a lot of articles and you don't know what to read, same like that, BTT (Bitcointalk) is full of content/articles but here you will find each and every article worthy of investing your time. I would like to mention a few threads which comprise of all the content/articles published on  BTT by Ratimov:

[AUGUST UPD.] Beginners & Help Encyclopedia
Ratimov's Forum Guides, Tutorials & Lists

And if you want to learn new things that might not consist of the above topics, then you should visit this thread for further information, as the following thread by Xal0lex is so helpful for the newbies if they really want to invest their time in learning BTC.

PS: why I say the time you will spend on learning BTC is an investment? Because you will learn first then apply second means you will get practical in BTC blockchain technology and then you will start to make some good money too. By many different means/options. Like by doing trading, by teaching others, by become blockchain developer etc. etc.

You are welcome to the forum newbie, I like the fact that you believe you are not too late with Bitcoin and that's on point, I was where you at today some years ago and I had no money then, I just use my spare time to start learning about Bitcoin and the Blockchain, and it took me a while before I get some money to purchase my first Bitcoin, there are many ups and down and I am thanking myself today for not giving up, though I couldn't do it alone with the support of my late dad.

We got you good, if you need to know something about Bitcoin that looks confusing to you, just say it on here and you will get good answers, it's also important to understand how this forum works so that you can avoid breaking the rules too.

You are in the right space for everything crypto, I found this forum after I knew everything about Bitcoin, but you find it at the beginning of your Bitcoin journey, it's going to be a hell of a ride for you, just be curious to learn and things will go smoothly. Once again, you are welcome.

If the information you got is that Bitcoin can make you rich overnight, please discard it. Bitcointalk is the best discussion platform for everyone willing to learn. Did your friend introduce you about this forum?

If yes, did your friend share you enough resources (topics) to start?

I saw some posters gave enough basic resources above for you to start. Let's digest those resources and don't forget that you must read and search before asking.

It’s never too late to start your bitcoin journey, my story is quite similar to yours. It took me a long time before I exposed myself to the bitcoin world. The forum is a very good place to start, the discussions here are mostly about bitcoin so it’s easy for newbies to pick up the pace. I recommend you dedicate most of your screen time to reading educational threads on the forum. If you’re interested in YouTube videos, I recommend watching Andreas Antonopoulos bitcoin videos.

You're not the only one who joined late and you're not the only one who also ask the same question if they are late or not to join in crypto. I always said to those who ask this question that they are not late and even all these years that Bitcoin existed, Bitcoin is still an experimental software which means there are more that can be added in ehe future. Also, be careful of someone on social media who gives am info that is not correct so better find another source of the same info to check if it is correct or not.

If you have been on social media before, I am sure you will have heard about bitcoin even before now, but you are not still late. Welcome to the forum, and all this necessary information that you need has already been provided for you. Just take your time and go through them, and if there is anything that you don't understand, you can easily ask here and forum members will respond to you. Welcome to the forum, hope you'll like it here.

For several days, I have been hearing a lot of buzz about Bitcoin on various online platforms and social media.
Interesting. Are people gearing up for the halving? Usually social media and the hype from people who weren't interested a year or two back are signs of a bull market.

Although I had no idea about Bitcoin,  so I didn't bother with it.
Learning is easy, you just need the will to do it and some time.

Although it must be said that my interest was born quite late, I am still glad that it was not too late.
