I think what we encounter this year is the market correction or effect on those huge rally we have last year due to overvalued of bitcoin price. Although this can bounce back to higher level once the market recovers and will push the price higher. We need new buyers to increase the demand and make it happen. Any good news can help to ignite the market into a bullish trend. Just hold your coins to avoid lose and wait for the recovery.

This market (cryptocurrencies market) is all about risk and reward and you should have this in mind before investing. although there are many experiences from your friends who have lost up to thousands of dollars, but believe me if possible the situation will return to normal and that can be used as a belief for every player who is in crypto. this can be something that might happen in crypto and you don't have to be in a worried position. still believe if the situation will recover People who don't have any belief towards the bitcoin market better it is very good to stay away from it. You shouldn't need to be discouraged or feel disappointed. I think there are many people besides you who have lost their assets and maybe more than what you mentioned, but they don't give up and keep trading because they still believe that things will not be forever because all it needs a process and remains optimistic we still have bright hopes with the crypto currency.

There is a possibility for recovery to take place but personally, I am no longer expecting for such thing to happen this yeat. we should accept the defeat for this year and to just focus holding. We are two months away before this year end and ofcourse, recovery in an instant is impossible to happen. Focus on holding and being patient because next year is more promising. The first question that I will ask is why did you tried to be in this market in the first place? If you look at the previous history of cryptocurrencies you will see this volatility is not really that weird and in fact it should be expected, did you thought those days were over?
