I think its impossible to ripple hit $ 4, last time ath because bitcoin on bullrun and ripple have some FUD that this coin have contract in several banks in america..i predict ripple top form is $ 1 when bitcoin price can reach $12K

Ripple doesn't have so much specials in this period and this coin is still stable at $0.3 - $0.4. I think if it is impossible to raise prices in the coming time then very difficult to get higher prices because many investors holding in 2017 are showing signs of selling more, making the price increase very difficult in this moment. This is a good prediction for XRP and if this can come true then XRP can be the one next below Bitcoin when it comes to marketcap. Do you think this can really happen soon when there will good news for this cryptocurrency? Will history repeat itself and even more?
I personally hope this can be realized even though it will be difficult, but we still hope and nothing is impossible in crypto, because everything can happen in this market.
If bullish market happens of course it will go past $4, but I think bull market will happen in the next year. 
We are just waiting for it, and every coin will start to make their ATH again. Top coins always have the chance for that and XRP is good for that though I believe we don’t need to wait for next year because the bull market will start later this year. The improvement of XRP is the reason of pump, and we have to see bitcoin on its ATH again so the altcoin market will follow the pump.
The improvement will be definitely possible but right now the people is also struggling to improve so the investment will be improved only the possibility of development is also there for any type of investment but after Bull development is definitely increased..

try to be patient to wait for the end of this year. I think there will be a market movement. whether it will be a bull or not, but I am optimistic there will be an increase this year. I hope XRP can keep up with market growth. 
$4 is perfectly achievable for XRP, as it has got close in the past, and has a history of sudden immense price rises. The difficulty will be in sustaining that price and not just quickly dropping back to under $1 again.
XRP does offer a lot, but it is more prone to speculation that most other top coins. I would imagine a lot of people who bought in at the previous ATH will be very reluctant to buy in again as they must be sitting on big losses.

It did go ~3$ when Bitcoin is at ~20,000$ so when Bitcoin goes to ~100,000 there is a chance that this will multiply by 5 to and the price will be ~15$. Just a speculation but this will be the one of the cryptocurrencies that will remain in the next years.

I agree on your statement above mate because XRP is keep regaining a value nowadays, and in fact its showing a big percentage as well than bitcoin and ethereum on coinmarketcap. So definitely it will grow up more soon than what we're expecting
but unless it didn't fluctuate again especially bitcoin because mostly in the market are affected base on the performance of alternative coins nowadays wherein when bitcoin experienced a fluctuation.

I think the $4-5 growth will happen in a year or two and not this soon,I don’t want to disappoint the ripple holder(because I am also one )but reality must be accepted and let’s not rush things

Look at the graph below, it only took 1 month and 2 days for XRP to have a new ATH.
That was from $.24 to over $3,... Now reflect again, and consider the number of months left for this year.

Hmm, it's possible for XRP price to reach $4 but i'm sure it will not happen in this year. The XRP price is $0.38 right now and to reach $4, it's like 10x increase.

I believe the XRP will definitely surpass and is currently on the way to $ 4. but it also depends on market conditions, if green continues to be sure. but if it arrives suddenly a red market like last night might take time to recover.
It is not an easy task to reach 4$ with the supply it has now, but daily it is generating some good volumes in the market makes us think positive about the XRP, but once the price of Bitcoin starts increasing we might see the good results for this coin. But many people are expecting we might see more than expected value for all the coin and for everything we have to wait and see.

I think I support your claim also, ripple isn’t going to naturally get to $4 without the assistance of bitcoin. Who are ripple communities? They are more of very strong financial bodies, most especially bankers, but still, their money could not do much for them in promoting their value, despite all the hype they have paid for, what we need is a real working product which I see that ripple lack to sustain any value they get to.
if ripple wants to reach $4 that means their marketcap must be 10x higher than now, look at the current ripple marketcap $15,546,603,132 if multiplied by 10 = $155,466,031,320
