Sanders == Neoliberal, ultraleftist and quasi-socialist puppet. Hypocrisy is absolutely OK for this kind of individuals.

The part of that which needs to be repeated over and over to Sanders fanatics is bolded.

Great. So Trump is a free mind and everyone else is a puppet. A puppet from who, we don't know but they're all puppets.

Is bernie a puppet of is he free?

Don't know. I'm not the one talking about candidates as being puppets. It seems especially dumb considering the fact that USA is a country where "lobbyist" is actually a job... Considering any politician as "free" is probably as dumb as considering a shark vegan.

You've just demonstrated why TRUMP, who's not a politician, is so popular.

 Smiley

Not a politician?
Whaou, funny, last time I checked he has all the characterisitics of a politician! The greed of course, but also the lies, the use of misinformation, the extreme demagogy of his speeches, the will to do anything if that brings votes and refusing everything that doesn't bring votes, the use of useless debates like immigration in order to make people believe you're actually doing something...

In fact Trump is clearly a politician. There is 0 difference between him and the others. None of you brought anything that could start proving Bernie is a puppet (that would be cool to start by saying who "controls" him is he's a puppet...) and how Trump is a totally free mind...

Interesting.  Yes of course, Bernie is a puppet.

We can thank Trump for demonstrating this simple truth.

You still didn't bring any piece of beginning of a little something you could call an evidence, or simply maybe just a little link, proving that Bernie is a puppet (we still don't know of who) and Trump is free. You just brag it like it's an obvious and simple truth. Yelling it doesn't make it true.

Bernie is a puppet, really? How stupid are you people in here.
The establishment hates Bernie!

Tin foil hats off, there is no illuminati. But the establishment is real and they hate Bernie because he can not be bought.
To be fair, they hate Trump too. Not for the exact same reasons though..

I at least half agree.  Sanders has been and independent (iirc) for about forever and has held his basic socialist views for as long as far as I know, but in honesty, I never actually studied him or paid a lot of attention to his activities.  He has always been in a class of other independents who I had some respect for (Chaffee, Specter, to be specific.)  I don't doubt that the establishment has animosity toward him, and it would probably nearly equal that which they feel for Trump if Sanders were an actual threat.

This establishment animosity would be nearly the sole reason I would vote for Sanders at this point.  In terms of having hope that he would accomplish anything positive as president, I have none.  As an 'old timer' in his situation, I think it possible that he has an 'America First' instinct, but he also may very well be led by the nose into the (very false) promise by the globalists that they are taking us into a Utopian collectivist world.  I just don't see any signs that he is anything but a stary-eyed dreamer who will blindly follow anyone who utters the word 'peace' a few times.  Even if not, I don't sense that he has any very realistic views on how to usher in 'Socialism' (much more than we already have), and more and more think we are to far down that road already.  If we could get rid of the 'crony' aspect of the residuals of our 'Capitalism' that would be a plenty good start point, and it seems that Trump is making the most compelling case to date that he might be the one who is capable of doing this.

As for the 'Illuminati', call it what you will but there are a relatively small group of very wealthy people who are the driving forces behind the 'new world order' or 'new world economic order' that MANY politicians have mentioned.  In many/most cases the wealth come from a dynastic family (or being a functionary of one) or the banking system or often both.  Being ultra-wealthy means owning seats on the boards of multi-national corporation which translates into having a high degree of influence.  For all intents and purposes, this framework of ownership constitutes 'the establishment'.  Sorry, but that's the way it is.  Many people are waking up to it.

Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders speaks to a crowd gathered at the Phoenix Convention Center during a campaign rally on March 15, 2016, in Phoenix, Arizona.

Presidential candidate Bernie Sanders' name is not on the primary ballot in Washington, D.C., after the D.C. Democratic Party submitted registration paperwork a day late and a voter filed a challenge, News4 has learned.

D.C. party officials called the problem a minor administrative dispute.

The Sanders’ campaign, as well as Hillary Clinton's campaign, each submitted registration fees of $2,500 on time earlier this month in advance of the June 14 Democratic primary.

But D.C. Democrats did not email the candidates' registration information to the D.C. Board of Elections until a day after the registration deadline of March 16, News4's Tom Sherwood was first to report on Twitter.

A Democratic voter in D.C. filed a challenge against the Sanders' campaign's registration. No complaint was filed against Clinton's registration.

"We did what D.C. law requires in order to get Bernie on the ballot, and we are confident he will be on the ballot," a Sanders spokesman said in a statement to News4.

Board of Elections rules call for a hearing to be held on the challenge against the inclusion of Sanders on the ballot. The hearing is expected to occur as early as next week, sources said.

D.C. Democratic Party Chairwoman Anita Bonds said the issue may be resolved through an emergency vote by the D.C. Council, if necessary. The Board of Elections could rule it was an administrative error and correct it.

A Board of Elections representative could not be reached immediately.

Will berniebots support harpy clinton if bernie is her vp?

Selling out.

That would suck and it would probably work Sad  Sanders could be tucked away once Clinton is in and not interfere with the corporate aspect of the one-world project.  Like Dan Quayle.  If she had health problems which could bring him in, he could easily have complementing ones himself.  He doesn't strike me as someone with the wits to watch his own back or even really see what's going on.  If he was given the bully pulpit, he very well could lead the social justice sheep cohort right inside of the multi-national corporate wolves den and not even realize it himself.

In such an instance (Clinton/Sanders), it would probably negate my idea of Trump using some left-winger who happens to also be an anti-globalist.  With a Republican-sponsored third-party conservative in the mix, I don't see a way for Trump to win against Clinton/Sanders or Clinton/Warren.

The scheme is to have Julian Castro be the VP for Hillary.

Most likely plausible.

I still want to know if berniebots would vote for harpy if bernie accepts to be her vp.

That's just silly... he's already said he would not do that...

Bernie was asked if he would even support Hillary if she won... he dodged the question... mentioned something about being an independent... basically, no, he does not, and would not support Hillary

It's an old dog. Probably won't be in politics much longer. And doubt the party can replace him in his state even if he stays in politics. So he may bite.

If Bernie Sanders wins the New York Democratic primary, some superdelegates vow to back Hillary Clinton anyway

They are afraid of being put on the clinton's naughty list. Doesn't matter much. More important what they will do if he wins the nomination. Will they go against popular vote? Could mean the breakup of the party. Or worse. Or will they switch like they did with obama?

If Bernie Sanders wins the New York Democratic primary, some superdelegates vow to back Hillary Clinton anyway

Maybe the system really is rigged.

At least a half-dozen Democratic superdelegates in New York State who have already decided to support Hillary Clinton said Tuesday they would maintain their allegiance to her — regardless of the results of the Empire State’s primary.

Even if Sanders were to win the April 19 New York presidential contest, when a whopping 247 delegates are at stake, every single New York superdelegate reached by the Daily News said they would never back the Vermont senator.

“Absolutely not,” Elizabeth Stanley, the chief of staff for Westchester County Rep. Nita Lowey, told the Daily News when asked if she could see “any potential situation at all” resulting in her boss switching her support from Clinton to Sanders.

“Hillary Clinton is Congresswoman Lowey’s friend, colleague and her constituent, and she is behind her 100%,” Stanley added.

“I would not under any circumstances switch my allegiance from Secretary Clinton to Senator Sanders,” Queens Congressman Gregory Meeks said.

The other four New York superdelegates — who can pledge and withdraw their allegiance to a nominee based on their personal preference — also would never pull their support from Clinton, their spokespeople said. They all spoke anonymously for fear of insulting either campaign.

The offices for another six known New York superdelegates wouldn’t comment or didn’t respond to a request for comment. There are 44 superdelegates among New York’s 291 delegates.

The iron-willed insistence of so many politicians and sitting lawmakers already in the Hillary camp to not budge from their support of the Democratic front-runner speaks volumes to the difficulty faced by the Sanders campaign — or any political outsider — in securing the nomination.

But that challenge — one that is met by candidates every four years — isn’t merely a product of Clinton having earned so many supporters. It’s also due to the complicated setup of a nominating process that gives weight to the desire of party bosses who don’t have to take into account the expressed desire of Democratic voters.

The majority of Democratic delegates in New York, and across the U.S., are “pledged.” Typically they are elected state and local officials. They are awarded proportionally, and bound to the candidate who wins their state’s primary.

Across the U.S., there are about another 712 superdelegates — unelected delegates free to support any candidate for the nomination at the party’s convention.
