However, there are coins like that of ETH, ripple, litecoin and neo etc. which are doing their best and that you can make some good profit because of these coins. 
Every coins typically exhibit very high absolute volatilities compared to your average stock. Just keep in mind most important thing is a high liquidity

to do trading we have to choose altcoin that has great potential, I have not found altcoin many who have it but I am sure with some altcoin like ADA and STQ
Don't think it matters which one too much, probably better to do ones smaller than Litecoin as you want higher volatility for short term trades.

Yes, in principle, a lot of these coins and list them here I do not see the point, now very well use Ripple, Ada, the same Dogecoin and others...The fact that you just need to know what currency to trade today. 
For me Etherum is best for day trading. They have a brighter tomorrow and i am very positive about this Eth. It's very comfortable and easy to use. No wonder why it is dominating the second position in the market. You can also go for litecoin too. I will suggest you to do your own research and then decide.
For daily trades, I choose very volatile coins. But in a falling market this is very dangerous. It seems to me that we need to wait for the beginning of growth.

I think a good altcoin to achieve profit right now is ethereum, eth, neo and ripel.
but if you do not have a coin it's as good as you trade with the coin you have. with no ambitious ambiance too high it might make you a profit
