I think you should have to invest in ETH the price ETH now $290 well when the price ETH drops .I think ETH has the potential to increase and maybe it increase more higher.

-Limit order: Enables the person giving the order to specify the price at which the trade is executed. Normally the limit order is below the market sell price in case of buy orders and above market buy quote in case of sell orders.
-Market Order: A type of order that gets traded at the prevailing price on or after submission. The best counter quote is treated as the order price. However, if there is no counter-quote available, then the last traded price is taken as the order price.
These types of orders are based on the flexibility of prices for the users. However, a user may also want flexibility in terms of time. This is defining the validity of an order from a time perspective. IC Exchange provides this type of flexibility. These can be used in the form of the following order types:
-Orders valid for a trading day: These are the orders that have a life for a trading day. The orders are active during the trading day unless they are cancelled by the user or executed by the system. At the end of the day, if the order has not been executed, then the order will be automatically cancelled by the IC Exchange system.
-Orders valid till a specific date: This type of order give the trader flexibility to choose a specific date up to which the order shall have its life. It implies that if as long as the order is not cancelled or gets manually executed by the user or automatically executed by the exchange system, the order will stay active in the system till the specified date.
-Orders valid till cancelled: The trader can give a permanent life to the order by using this privilege. This type of order stays alive in the system till they are cancelled. If they are not cancelled or they don’t get executed, they will always be active.
-Immediate or Cancel: It is also called as fill or kill order. This type of order does not remain pending. It is either executed or gets cancelled.
Liquidity/Full Order Book : IC Exchange will have a full order book directly connected with major crypto exchanges and global markets. The full order book provides the necessary liquidity to instantly buy and sell crypto pairs with the tightest spreads, which ensures significant volume of transactions from day one. Liquidity will be ensured by linking exchange books under the IC Exchange umbrella. Meanwhile, the IC Brokerage’s order book will be linked to the actual traditional exchanges such as CME, NASDAQ and others in order to insure execution at the most efficient price without any additional cost by intermediaries.

Furthermore, most platforms have a daily limit and high fees to buy crypto assets. The whole latter process will have different time and cost constraints as well as different pricing and availability for different investors. The reason behind the constraints and the restrictions is the fact that in almost all scenarios, the Brokerage, Bank and Exchange charge fees and that they are separate entities with intermediaries between them charging even more fees and lengthening the process. Step 3: Order Delivery: The order delivery adapts to the type of order; direct trading orders involving only cryptocurrencies will transfer value from the seller’s IC Wallet to the buyer’s IC Wallet without interference by third parties, whereas the active components delivering the order are the users’ IC Wallets, while the IC Exchange is using the order matching system to connect the buyer and seller users together. The Ecosystem utilizes all the different components to provide the participants with seamless delivery in crypto, fiat, and traditional instruments.

The best altcoin I think you should invest now is NEO, IOTA, Cardano, Stellar and especially Ethereum. Ethereum is the queen of the market, for me it is always worth investing. My favorite altagoin is Stellar, the growth rate of Stellar is really impressive, its price pumping up very fast. I believe that long-term investment in Stellar will bring a lot of profit for us.

Each node (mobile device / computer running TIM core engine) in TIM network contains entire root blockchain (first layer) and only a part of the second layer blocks. Assuming there are 10,000 nodes in a network, TIM first creates cluster of nodes based on geolocation using partition technology. So the nodes which belongs to ASIA will be part of ASIA cluster and nodes which belongs to North America will belong to North America cluster. TIM call this clusters as triangles / graphs.
The transaction which is originating in North America will participate in triangle of North America only. All blocks mined in North America will be stored in each of the nodes which belong to North America region only. However, all the nodes of North America will have complete root blockchain present but only part of second layer blocks which is mined in North America. Similarly, each Node of Asia Cluster (triangle) will contain entire root blockchain of TIM but only part of second layer blocks which is mined in ASIA. This is called as vertical partition of blocks.
If the data size of entire TIM blockchain is 1 GB, then it will split among these two regions (approx. 500 MB each). So, each node of North America will store root blockchain (4 MB size) and approx. 500 MB of block data. However, in ideal scenario of 1 GB data, TIM will have many triangles (approx. 100). And data will be partitioned (using dynamic vertical partition based of geolocation) to approx. 10 MB block data. So, each node in a given triangle will have 4 MB of root blockchain and 10 MB of partitioned second layer blocks data. This will enable even a mobile device with less memory to become a node of TIM blockchain.
Triangles (cluster of Nodes) / Multigraph – Each node in the triangles communicate to each other using DAG (Directed Acyclic graph) topology. Hence, we call these triangles as graphs also. And collection of these triangles is called as Multigraph (which is the second layer of TIM blockchain). Multigraph stores entire blocks split across graph/triangles. So, if we have 100 triangles, Network will look like as below.
It is because of the DAG topology of each triangle, nodes can communicate very fast, achieving speed of 10,000 tx/sec per triangle. And if the 100 partitions are created due to the demand of transactions, then total network capacity will be around 1 million tx/sec.
However, these triangular regions are created by TIM technology on demand of transaction load. If the load increases in a given region, the TIM technology can further split triangle into two parts and there by doubling the speed of that region. TIM network auto adjusts the load based on demand and also merges the region if the demand is less. This is driven by statistical model for load balancing and using geolocation of nodes to understand the transaction load in a given geographical area.

Its hard to tell wether you should go in this coin or that coin.
What you should do is look around on some sites, check some project. When you found some, check if they have a active development team. For instance on cryptomiso, wich helped me alot. And don't go all in on 1 project but spread your investment out on multiple projects, so you dont lose all your money at once, when a project comes out as a scam or such.
