Investment in Ethereum is a good decision as the price is down but I don't think ICO is a good option to invest you funds because it is very risky now a days to invest in an ICO. It is also very difficult to pick a potential ICO. So I suggest you not to invest in ICO chose some other alts like XRP etc. for investment.

Litecoin if you compare it to the US dollar its bottoming out which means it should be bouncing off from there
Basically while bitcoin takes the plunge the other altcoins follow suit we just need volumne to increase value.

For me, the best altcoin to invest in this moment is ethereum for sure. Now when price falled and is low, it is the best time to invest because ethereum price for summer is predicting to 1000 dollars.

Yes, I think you should invest in Steem, it has a transaction speed of 3 seconds and ZERO fees! It has reached 1 million transactions yet it didn’t even slow down, unlike Ethereum with their Cryptokitties. Steem only used less than 1% of the bandwidth.
