Just use defender.
It is already integrated into windows os and works just fine if updated frequently.

I probably would not have recommended this five years ago, but Norton has been doing well for my computer recently. It doesn't take too many resources and leans towards the safe side in terms of dealing with unknown files. Also, I get it for free through my ISP.

Now a days, which Anti virus is best ?

Mohsin,

I am using K7TotalSecurity Plus. Its too good. Before that I was using Avira Antivirus. But the K7TotalSecurity is better than this.

Well Best anti-virus program is debatable. Because best for me doesn't necessarily needs to be best from you. It changes with opinion and experience. I personally use Nod32 and i am most satisfied with how does it perform. I never had any problem with it, and it always guarded me just fine. I would recommend to anyone. Some people say it eats too much of RAM, but i don't agree.

I been using Avast for many years now. It used to be ad-free even on free, but they been slowly adding more features and ads, it gets annoying sometimes.

I use AVG mainly, pretty solid and doesn't slow down your computer but it might bug you to pay for a full version.  For scans when I'm skeptical I use Malwarebytes which is always pretty solid.

Windows Defender is actually pretty solid. It is free and comes bundled with Windows. It works pretty great and removes all viruses and malware I have gotten. If you want something else, I'd recommend Malwarebytes, it's free, but has premium features (like realtime protection).

I used free Avg and free malwarebytes. It is the best for me.
