to make a long-term investment, I always recommend buying the top 10 coins. and in my opinion the best coin is bitcoin. by choosing the top 10 coins, it may feel safer in long-term investing. do not use new coins for long-term investments, because in my opinion the new coins are very risky for long-term investment.
For me, the best coin is bitcoin. I understand that there are many promising coins, but so far none has been able to surpass bitcoin. Therefore, I think it is very promising in the long term.

The best coins for long term investment are Ethereum, Bitcoin, ADA, UTK, NEM, and XBX, these has always a high volume in the market and the traders too are so aggressive in buying and selling their coins. But most of them are day traders then the rest are bullish in the meantime.

They have always been the top ten coins for sure. Remember that these coins have been around for some long time and this is the reason you do not have to worry about their projects and that if they would be profitable or something. Rather keep an eye on the market and invest when your cost of investment is the lowest. This is probably the reason why so many people made millions in cryptocurrency. 
Among so many coins I would still stick to Bitcoin and ETH for a long term investment. Many might call me conservative but I think these coins are still the best for making profit. To my opinion everything else would be just the waist of time and money. So far no other coin hasn't drawn my attention so that I want to invest in it.

According to my choice, I will choose ETH long term investment, it has great potential in the near future. The price of ETH is increasing every day.

In my opinion now is best times to start make invest for long term by choose good coin, all altcoin already dumped hard more than 90% and many of them have potential to raise to highest price. And if that altcoin going up again to the top we have potential to make profit up more than 10 times. Choose altcoin that have live product and partnership with third party. I will choose GVT, ENJIN, XLM, WAVES, NEO. Because we dont know yet , we are already in the bottomed or not , so dont forget to use risk management.
All top 10 crypto according to market cap is good option for long term investment, i think to make profit from crypto market not based on the coin but depend on the times and what trend of the market. History the price since tradeable is best idea to see to predict the trend. In bull market, all top 10 crypto will going up, and we should be have target profit and avoid greedy .
there is no certain best coin,coin which have progress and development going on is the best.but if you take in account of investment purpose then hold btc in good amount bcz it is first of its kind no other coin can beat it in popularity ,second one is ethereum which also hold good share of crypto market so you should keep an eye on them to play safe in investment ,then for other investment there are very good project out there you can invest in but you should be patient as they can't grow fast like mainstream crypto.
Bitcoin is for the win. People haven't really noticed that we have only lost value in the last 2 years but in the past years 6 years prior, we are actually gaining so much value. Bitcoin is still great in $3k value and it's just people who wants it to be higher that makes them disappointed.
Btc always remain on top of the charts as it is the top coin and the demand is always higher . So better to stay invested in such coins which help you to gain money over long term and will not become worthless investment like if you invest in small price coins which may rise never .

Cmc rankings are nothing . when you check their 11th spot up to 100 . you can see that there are other good coins . so why not choose those who are not on the top 10 spot ? Almost all alts and even bitcoin itself are both good for long term because we already witness that their value are hardly to recover over the two year course .
Try to mining some shitcoin with have a good devolepment, i think DeepOnion its a good currency too they for right now was really cheap the community and development its really amazing.
You cant call a coin shit if it has a good development . speaking of good development , i agree that deep onion has a lot of it before , when i first heard them but now i dont have any news from thier team .

I don't even intend to recommend any altcoin to hold for a long run, bitcoin, ETHERUM, Ripple, this are my own aspects of a good long run HODling I will have full believe that no matter the fall they will definitely get back many coin today don't last long.
Hi friends, with respect to keeping altcoins right now I would not recommend it to anybody, first altcoins depend directly on bitcoin, if bitcoin goes up, altcoin goes down, it is normal, they will only go up if the btc remains in an uptrend, and if the btc low altcoin bleed in the same way, I would recommend buying those that can bitcoin, and operate the market phases, right now is a great option because we are in the accumulation phase according to Wyckoff.
for long-term investments I always register bitcoin or eth, because in my opinion the two coins have high popularity in the crypto world. besides that they are also trusted.
