Does centra have a hard cap? Or is it just that the collection time is limited to two months? How much will they give so much and they will take?

They had a small registration window and a registration and sales process was really smooth. New golden standard for ICO's IMO!
I think Social would be a nice ICO and also Adex based on its whitepaper. Actually there are a lot of great ICO's you just have to read their projects and whitepaper to see what they are planning to do and what they are capable of as well. Most of these ICO's already did a Pre-ICO sale so you would know if a lot of investors invested in them or not.
