Of course you will pay fees for the convenience but i do not think they are high given that as a newbie they make it so easy.

It depends what do you want to do with bitcoins. There are several ways, first is to buy or earn bitcoin and hold it for years. Second is trading - buy when price is low sell when it goes up and repeat. Third is investment in sites which will give you interest, unfortunately there are very low number of investing sites, most popular way to invest is into casino's bankroll. Oh, yeah, you can also buy altcoins on dip and when price increase sell them - repeat.
Not every stock trading technique works on Bitcoin, I think. It's way too volatile and it's very very difficult to really map its trajectory. Imo the best you could do is buy on dips, and sell on apexes. You're going to need to keep up with the price very very often though.
