I am looking for the best bitcoin wallet.

What do you recommend guys?

I have used lots of wallet. But wallet depends on where you from. In PH which I am located we use coins.ph and it's the #1 here. There is this new one called Abra but not that good because of the payout issue. Coinomi is nice when you are in mobile and when you like to have altcoins also.  But the fee is high.

FOR Bitcoin and any other crypto, i'd recommend any hardware wallets, hardware wallets store your coins offline making it almost impossible for hackers to pick your private information and use them to get access to your accounts, they also give you  a chance to verify your account activities before making transactions. theyare the safest wallets there are. you can try Trezor or the Ledger Nano S

Best bitcoin wallet is hard wallet like trezor. But you can use blockchain.info if you want and so far i am using it. I am believe every wallet is safe and secure as long we keep our private key safe.

if talking about the wallet of bitcoin, the main thing chosed is security and ease, and a good online wallet in my opinion is xapo, and coinbase.

but if you have more bitcoin assets, I think you better use a hard wallet like ledger.

Since I do not hold a lot of Bitcoin, I prefer to hold my limited number of bitcoins on an exchange's address. There are a couple of reputed exchanges in my country and I keep my coins there. I know it is highly unsafe to keep Bitcoin over there, but after the recent incidents with MEW, I think nothing is safe anywhere.

This is the main reason that keeps me off the holding part. What if I am holding something for years and then it eventually gets stolen. That is so heartbreaking.

I used blockchain.info Exchanges are ripe pickings for ambitious hackers. Web-based wallets can pose some security and hacking risks too, but they don't have quite the glaring target on their backs that exchanges do.

Use blockchain.info wallet if you want to store bitcoin. I am using that wallet to store only my bitcoin. In my country, we have a wallet and an exchanger. I'm from the Philippines by the way. coins.ph is popular among bitcoin investors, where you can store BTC and ETH, cashout and convert PHP to BTC or ETH. It's useful, but if you're talking about in general, I suggest you use blockchain.info. Don't worry, you'll get many suggestions here.

Blockchain.info is not that great of a wallet. In general, you want to stay away from the online wallets. They are prone to hacks and if someone is to hack the system, they can easily access countless amounts of bitcoin from people. Instead, you should turn to using an offline wallet. I use electrum. Everything has been pretty safe as long as I've been using it. There have been a few security flaws, but they've been quickly fixed by the devs and the reminder to update also pops up in the "News" section of the Bitcointalk header. @OP, I suggest you use some offline wallet. Don't keep your coins in exchanges or online wallets as there are major flaws with these systems.

I belief that Paper wallet is the best. You must make sure that you don't lose it or that it get destroyed.
It's the best for someone that wants to hold for long term and can't avail to purchase a hardware wallet.
vote blockchain.info
I use also blockchain.info but you need to know that getting your private key is needed if you have a lot of bitcoin to hold.

I used also coins.ph and blockchain.info in order to store my bitcoins. The good thing right now in coins.ph is that they are accepting ethereum right now. There is no impossible now in coins.ph. You can transfer, convert, send and receive your bitcoin fast than ever.
I also tried to use mycellium wallet because I am just using an android phone right now. But I want to try electrum wallet if I buy a desktop.

Ideally the best wallet is a hardware wallet because it encrypts data. Other than that, GreenAddress and Jaxx are good, but make sure you back up your passphrase if using these.

Trazor and ledger are the best hardware wallets for 100% security of your bitcoin as no one has access of your hardware wallet and nothing can be transferred without your consent.
